The ambience is 10/10Food 9/10. It came quickly. Love that the wings were already deboned to you could just get right into devouring it.It’s also appropriately priced. The staff was very helpful as Indigo has a wide range menu and can be overwhelming for a newbie, the staff helped me navigate and pointed out some of their best dishes.I intend to keep going back!
Are you looking for somewhere to have a birthday lunch or dinner ? Or want to plan a birthday for someone? Well this might just be the place for you. It’s a restaurant in the heart of Maitama Abuja and I had a meet and greet with some of my people it was a blast. The food was great we had rice, chicken wings, salad and small chops and Chapman for each person at $15. It was a blast cool ambience and great staff.
𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭This is a lovely restaurant with both an indoor and outdoor space so you get to choose your preference. Great for birthdays and other celebrations.𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞It is also very clean with courteous staff who all greet you from entrance to exit which makes one feel welcome. They also attend quickly to your needs and make suggestions.𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬Their specialty’s are Indian, Chinese and Nigerian food. I had the Chinese sour & sweet chicken and egg fried rice and I must say I loved it. Tasted delicious as well as their cocktail which was made very well.𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬I found the prices moderate. Cocktails cost around N2500-3,500. Main course food cost around N2,500-N3,500. Starters N500-N2,000 all depending on what you order. So a typical dinner for two including cocktailscould cost around N15-N20K.𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞I will definitely visit again.
I was driving 🚙 by looking for a place to get a drink to-go and saw this cute little open restaurant and just had to stop. The scenery was so pretty and had a great bar set up right in front. The manager was super nice. The drinks were great! 🍸There was also lovely indoor seating and a good set up for celebrations 🎉
Environment:Lovely and clean environment. Family friendly.Service:Visited on a Sunday afternoon just to discover that the bartender was not there yet and we had wanted fresh juices for the kids. The waiter was nice and tried his best to get us food on time though we waited for bout 30mins to get our orders.Food:The food was ok. But could be better. Some like the rice I ordered was kinda bland then the bread that came in my Caesar salad 🥗 had too much oil I couldnt eat.
The ambiance is 10/10 but that’s where the praise ends. Had the worst dining experience ever! Total waste of money…tried their Indian cuisine and it was a total disappointment, couldn’t eat anything. The naan bread was stale and very dry.The mutton curry was horrible, very tasteless and tasted stale as well. And the portion was small. The lamb biryani lacked taste and flavor. The entire meal was a disaster….we couldn’t manage more than a few spoonfuls. The only nice thing was the strawberry daiquiri.I wouldn’t recommend.
Design: Beautiful Aesthetic, the designs were carefully thought out. Also great for cute pictures.Food & Drinks: I like that a variety of options are offered. My family and I enjoyed the food, but I wish the portions were bigger. The drinks were okay, could be better.Hygiene/Cleanliness: We were given an mini- iPad to choose our food, I think the employee should have sanitized it before-hand because it was soiled with oil & wearing of face masks should be made mandatory to help stop the spread of COVID-19 disease.Service: The service could be better, the waitress waited for us to ask for water to drink & while taking our orders I expected her to be taking notes, but she was only looking at the iPad, until i told her to get a note.Family/Date Friendly: This isn’t a family friendly restaurant, it’s more for date nights, grown up birthdays etc. If you want to go with kids consider going earlier in the day.Price: The pricing is somewhat affordable, hence I’ll be returning.
Indigo is a lovely Indian, Chinese and Nigerian restaurant with has a bar, an indoor and outdoor seating options. The food here is very tasty and well-seasoned. I particularly like their Asun and Tandoori chicken. Its a nice place for a dinner or a night out for drinks with friends. A fun fact is this restaurant has one of the largest statues of Buddha in Abuja. The entrance to main restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
It is a Nigerian, Chinese, Indian and Continental Restaurant orchestrated with beautiful colorful flowers on a board as you walk in, basket swings, Graffiti on the wall, hanging flower vases and beautiful lamp holders by the bar for the outdoor space. They have variety of meals across some Asian countries like India and China, then Nigerian Continental cuisines. The diversity stands out for me.Customer Service was Commendable with Warm Hospitality.
The kitchen stays open as long as there are patrons. We got there after midnight and had freshly cooked food. Food is decent. Shisha service is good. Downside that night was a rowdy patron and an argument among the staff but BONUS - Awesome DJ!
Great food great staff. Secure environment and very scenic. Some of the food can be quite spicy, so do ask when buying. The staff are always ready to help.
A lovely and upscale kind of lounge located on Gana Street, it has a restaurant and a sit-out downstairs. They have courteous staff and good music. Food is pretty good also and prices are fair considering location. Its a go-to place if youre in the heart of the FCT.Very decent place. And I came back barely 2 weeks later.Still one of fav go to spots. If recommend anytime.
Matured sit-out and sit-in. Not too noisy. Good food.
Ambience ✅Service✅Food✅Drinks-Can be betterMusic- FairPrice- For a group of 11, We ate till we were filled and only spent #80,000 thats about 7k per head. The starter platter is great and only cost #4500.I will recommend the special lamb rice, I will also recommend the sweet and sour fish.
Indigo is beautiful and lovely with good Indian and Chinese dishes. It is a lovely place to have birthday, anniversary and even casual dining experiences but I do not recommend it if you want a quiet romantic dinner as the restaurant and lounge are together and loud music was the order of the evening when I visited.
It was awesome.....the place is really sophisticated and perfect for dates... everything is digital including the menu. Great places to take pictures and delicious foods. Take lots of money...good stuff comes with good expenses🙂🙂🙂. The vibe of this place gets better every time I visit it. Its my favourite place to be tor sure.
It was a nice place and I recommend you eating here
Close to home.. Nice local for me though. Service delivery can be improved. I guess the management thinks otherwise. Not bad though...Nice ambiance
Their customer service is impeccable....I enjoyed my meal
Lovely place to visit.. Nice service, nice environment
I liked it. Tastifully furnished restaurant with reasonably priced meals.
It was such a beautiful and hospitable experience, being at Indigo Restaurant and Lounge, Abuja today! Delicious food and drinks. Affordable too!
Good food, great customer service. Recommended for everyone who loves good food.
I had a good time there. The food was good and staff were polite.
Great spot for a date....plus kizomba dancing every Wednesday
So personally what brings me back is the food, I love the somewhat diversity of the menu here from Chinese to Indian to Nigerian, and the fact you dont have to wait forever for your meal to come out, the major downside will have to be a lack of synergy and orderliness, Indigo has a feel of a high end restaurant but when doors are left open, staff dashing in and out, bar man hasnt arrived hence you have to wait till he shows, family dining/lunch is going on and the noise of setting up a birthday party or bridal shower some seats down plays the ambience and comfort Indigo should have.
My usual kinda Indian evening hangout venue. Evening at indigo is never a dull one. Try it and you wont regret
Delicious food, nice and friendly service.
The food was nice, the bill was better than expected. The waitresses a bit clumsy with orders that night. My buddies and I loved the old skool jams; nothing like it.
Had one of the worst service in the whole of Abuja. I understood why it’s always empty
Maybe it was my fault entirely, but I shouldn’t have asked the waiter to advice me on what to eat. And the mock tails where nothing to clink glasses about.
Nice restaurant good food and lovely staff
I had a wonderful time with my friends, loved the ambiance, food and especially the music....Thank aplenty for the experience
Courteous staff and good ambience
Very okay with fast pace services. The sound system is high and could be controlled.
Had an awesome time.
I love this place truly although it doesnt really function during the day but ag night it is super
Enjoyed my self and the service was okay.
Lovely bar.good place to relax outdoor
Nice environment. Beautiful scenery
New place I think. Customer service could do better. Nice facilities. The toilet was so so clean. I can literally have a meal in there.
Pretty place, decent food which took exactly as long as they said it would. Drinks are definitely overpriced though.
The seating arrangements are superb and I love the personal space. Food sizes are great and the servers are nice.
Nice place, but I found the music too loud. Could barely make a conversation without raising my voice. I think lounges should have music played at a much more reduced level outdoors. My take. Service was good, ambience ok.
The restaurant is very beautiful.Charming indian statues (Buddha) inside and Chinese decors outside makes this restaurant stand out.It also offers a range of Chinese ,Indian and Nigerian menus so you a variety of options to choose from.Their customer service was okay, the waitress was polite and friendly but the food took quite a while to be served .Still on the food,it was amazing, the wait was worth while ,my friends and I decided to try out something from each of the menus and we werent disappointed. We took awesome pictures too and had a great time
Exquisite cusine, beautiful environment, positive vibes and all
I love indigo restaurant so much that I visit every week .the food is nice and moderately priced . Very lovely staffs .beautiful environment the only problem I keep having is the di . The dj is a bad dj .he plays music only to his listening pleasure.a dj is supposed to watch his audience and know when they respond to his music .but no he wouldRather bore us to death with whatever songs we do not know .This is sad
I enjoyed the ambience
Nice meals and services
Loved what they did with the place♥️ Perfect for a dinner date and it also has an outdoor space!! So it’s a win win🎁
Nice place to lounge and eat on a date or with friends with variety of local and continental foods
A nice place for evenings with the boys
Indigo was Cool. Had a Fun time with my Friend. The FOOD was Top Knotch. Freshly cooked as you ordered. Will Visit Again.
Music was lit!!! Really enjoyed my evening with friends.
Nice ambiance but very slow service and poorly trained staff. Food was good and almost worth the wait.Faster service will get them a 4 ⭐ at least
Nice and exquisite ambience.
Great hangout spot
Overpriced in my opinion. Had to call in to complain about the outrageously small portions of the food compared to the prices. Wouldn’t do it again.
Need better crowd control!
Oh nice, Ill be there on Sunday 🤍
Excellent music, good food, good service, nice ambience.
Where do I start? The catfish peppersoup was cold. 1The catfish peppersoup was cold. 2Yo DJ remember the euro tip? Good job 👍Admin kindly tell chef not to send notes after microwavingPeace ✌️
The ambience is good, food and drinks are nice and importantly the customer service is topnotch
Nice decor, but I got this mid-age vibe 😙, maybe its just me

Beautiful place with amazing drinks highly recommended if u want to go on a classy date or outing with friends
Perfect place to be for the best food experience in the whole of Abuja... I so enjoyed myself from the music, to the food and service... Everything was on point!!! Indigo is the spot to beat

5 Star restaurant
Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Friendly staff too.
Good ambience, waiters strictly following covid-19 protocols
Nice place with the statue of Buddah in the restaurant 😉
The food in my takeaway was half the regular portion
