Awesome spot for relaxation. Their meals are quite affordable compared to other restaurants in their level. I enjoyed the meals. I wish theyll bring back the zobo drink as I prefer it over carbonated drinks.

I like this place because it’s in my neighborhood and the place is calm. They have a very affordable menu for an Abuja restaurant. I think cocktails are about 2,500 and their beer is below 1k just to get my drift.If you want to go for some quiet time or want to watch a game or need to wait out traffic if you live in the Apo area then this is a great spot for that. The waiters are responsive and they have those buttons you just have to press to get their attention. Which I love! None of that shouting up and down.It’s my secret spot but I decided to share it because I’m feeling generous today!

A nice lil hidden spot in Apo Legislative area with a very chilled vibe.We went there during the day on a Sunday, so it was quite a relaxed atmosphere.Its obvious that the place is more about drinks and chill than food but the food isnt bad either.The portions will not leave you filled if youre starving but it wont leave you still hungry either and the prices are quite pocket friendly.Id give the food a 7/10, the place also a 7/10.

Quite an aura, loved the wall murals, the flowers and trees. Toilets were clean. Place wasnt crowded. Soft music, chilled drinks. Would honestly say I hadnt any nice chicken wings but they did the magic and I think Ive gotten my wings groove back. Ordered Chinese special rice complimented with beef and green pepper sauce(yumm). Was an amazing. Place was cozy, real cozy. Kudos

I am quite impressed with the services here, the food, the environment. Lovely place to chill and spend time with loved ones.They have some fun games to keep you and your companions busy, not pressing phone all the time lol.The food here is impressively tasty and spicy (if you love spicy food).Ill recommend coming here in the evening for a better experience.

Firstly this is a hidden gem. Great ambience especially at night, quiet, great place to have a good conversation, tasty meals, & good service. Looking to just get away from the hustle of town, here comes highly recommended.

The meals were tasty but quite small. I have eaten meals at cheaper prices for more. The price was okay but the quantity well I look forward to trying another dish and see how big the portion will be. Recommended too

Food & Forest is a chilled restaurant with good continental and local dishes. Ambience is cozy and it is a nice relaxation spot to hang out with friends and family. Meals are freshly made (20-30mins turnaround time). It also has an outdoor space with soft lights. The food is good and decently priced. Overall, I would recommend.

Tasty food and drinks with natural garden for relaxation.

The ambience is pretty cool if youre up to taking pictures and all but their service was very poor, it took them over 15mins to take my order and no, they were not full to capacity as far as I could tell.After the long wait, they took my order and then, made me wait for over 70mins (yes, I checked the time 😔) before they finally deemed it fit to serve me when I told them to bring my bill for my mocktail since it appeared I wasnt going to get my meal from them.I guess all of these could have been easily forgiven if the taste of their rice didnt appear to be a blend rice and salt to go or maybe I ordered the wrong things 🤷‍♀️ I dont know but Im not enthusiastic about trying them out again.

Heard about the place and decided to have it checked out. Beautiful and cozy environment especially with the lights at night,gives off a block-party-vibe! The staff can pick up on the pace though. Got there at 9:30 pm and it took them a good 30mins to notice and attend to us. Then the waiter proceeded to say the kitchen closed at 9 and the bar 10. So safe to say this Wasn’t the best experience...

The pros: If you like your food spicy and colourful youll love this place. The sauce usually has a nice kick to it. The food prices are affordable - only the wines are likely to set you back a little.Theres ample indoor and outdoor seating.The cons: The waiters are slow.Some guests were allowed to smoke weed within the indoor seating area (huge thumbs down and the reason for the average rating)

I know times are hard, but really. I just bought egusi soup for N700 and it doesnt even reach up to half of the tiny take away pack. Keep in mind that they charged me N300 for the take way pack. Plus there ia no meat in the soup. My first and last time buying from this place

I had the most delicious chinese rice Ive ever eaten. This is a one stop restaurant for your cravings. A great way to end your day and work. The ambiance and services are second to none.I recommend Food And Forest Restaurant any day.
