They take good photographs, maybe the best in Abuja. However the service is not very great. A booking system may be necessary because its often crowded. Parking outside is a nightmare.

The place was nice tho,but the receptionist wasnt so good at her work.i was delayed for an hour before my passport could be ready.

The picture quality is great. The studio is comfortable. They have adequate sitting space, well air conditioned environment and polite staff. However, their prices are a bit higher than average.

This place has cashless policy. Also, one can make any kind of passport photographs for any kind of visa application. They have the right requirements for different embassies.

Worse photography studio in Abuja. Brought my pictures to be enlarged. It took over 2 months to get the job done. They kept printing the wrong pictures. Plus had to keep following up myself. No accountability. Definitely not worth it. You can get much better service and quality elsewhere.

Good studio. However, they delayed in sending me the soft copy of the pictures via email. It took over 2 hours and I kept calling. Nearly cost me my appointment. Also, Customer Service was not top notch.Studio 24 that I knew was way better than what I got; perhaps it was the branch, cant say.All in all, I would say they could do better!

A very disappointing experience with their level of customer care. 7 weeks later and I still have not received the album production that was a part of the deal which I paid for and I am yet to be given a reason for that.

Terrible... terrible experience... i couldnt reach prior to time to book... i was laying the designs... carring cake up and down... no changing room... my husband blamed me cos I insisted we use them... NEVER again!!!

Studio 24 were very professional. Right from the door man, to customer service. We needed passports for a particular countrys specification and they knew exactly what we wanted.We had a sleeping child who we needed to snap and the photographer was good enough to make the child wake up enough to have his passport taken.Keep up the excellent delivery.

Studio 24 is the best place to be but when it came to costomers rigth, the manegment should do the neetfull i wos there a week plus i sow how costomers complining.

I have been expecting the soft copy of the photos taken for my Babys birthday in my email as agreed. Till now, I havent received the pictures, today’s my babys birthday and Im highly disappointed to say the least. Your telephone number isnt working, neither is there any response to the email I sent.This is totally unacceptable.

Take playful pictures here. If you need any photos for official purposes, PLEASE go elsewhere.I came for a specific photo format for an application, their wall display claimed they know how to do it.They cut up something totally different from whats displayed on their own wall.Considering I showed the photo specifications to the staff, that they still couldnt get it right after a SECOND printing is just poor service.I didnt take these for free, I paid; didnt get my moneys worth.

Terrible experience. Sales lady raised her voice at me when I asked what time I would receive my photo. When I didn’t receive the photo at the stated time, numerous calls were not returned. Finally got a hold of them and they said they would look into it but they never did. I had to drive back there myself. I never even received an apology or a rational reason for the delay.

My experience with both the manager and sale staff was very very horrible one the recommeended a photo book to me for 37500 after rigorously passing through the process of taking the photos I gave 30000 to balance 7500 when the picture is ready. the rejected the money and say I can go with my 30000.very bad place to business not recommended for anyone

Best photography studio in Abuja. However, it is not to say it is that fantastic of a place, but at least its there and they do their job. Produce beautiful pictures at reasonable -ish prices. Not bad overall if you felt you wanted to take a professional studio picture.

The customer service was nice,I was welcomed with smiles and beaming faces and was made to feel comfortable and the picture quality was excellent.

Poor customer service, waited there for about 30mins before anybody spoke to us. It is necessarily expensive and even after we took the picture, I had to return and complain before it was edited and sent to my email.

Its a place to be...I appreciate the staff on duty for taking out their time to attend to people like me that dont know there closing hour and still creat time to give us the service needed.

Its bigger than the other studios, enough room for a large family photo shoot. The last time I was there the ground floor was under construction but Im sure its done now. They have several backgrounds for you to choose from including a kids themed room.

If it is possible, I would give them nothing. They are the worst. I took pictures with them and they promised to send the pictures to me, but till now I have found nothing. I even called their customer help line, the person picked and promised to help, but instead switched off the phone.
