The British Council officials do not treat clients with courtesy. My wife went to report a mistake made by the council on my daughter’s IELTS certificate and was made to spend four hours simply because the person in charge “stepped out” and when she returned, it took her two hours to attend to her and yet was told to come back on Friday. I sincerely think this is unfair.
