Khutbah (sermon) typically begins at 1:30pm. Actual Jummuah prayers starts at 2:30 pm or a little later. But plan to be out at 3pm! Khutbah is done in Yoruba for the first half, the second half is for English Khutbah. The womens area is quite spacious and its upstairs... youd need to go to the back of the building to find the entrance.Theres a wudhu area for men downstairs and theres a wudhu area for women upstairs.Parking can be a pain if you show up late. However Ive noticed that people park at the mall opposite the mosque! Parking there is free too! And mostly safe given there are security men within the mall area.

Its a mosque that is popular known as Yoruba mosque , maybe because they preach in Yoruba before giving the friday sermon in English. During this covid- 19 ,they have been observing strict caution against the virus on anyone that intends to pray their jumaat prayer in the mosque.There as been a strick policy on no mask no entry by the security at the gate , and on praying, there is adequate spacing from everybody. However when a certain capacity of people that have been able to get in the mosque is reached , the main gate is closed in , nobody will be allowed to come in again, irrespective of the calibre of anyone.They normally offer their jummaat prayer at 2:30 pm while the friday sermon (ukthuba) comences by 2:00pm.The mosque is not far from the banex building ,about 200meters. Or you can locate it via the google map. It easy and straight forward.

Ansar ud deen is one of the popular jummaat mosque in Abuja,Prayers holds on daily bases and Islamic teachings are also scheduled periodically .Prayer holds on friday between 1 and 2 pm on Friday.Traffics around this place on Friday is very heavy and in most cases the roads is blocked.The mosque is directly opposite Regent International School.

I was in Abuja from 17th - 18th April 2019 for Ansar Ud Deen Society of Nigeria 9th Triennial National Conference held at International Conference Center, Garki Abuja. The Conference was well attended. The opening ceremony was declared open by the representative of Nigeria Vice- President. The representative of the Emir of Kano also gave the keynote address. Abuja was cool and calm through the Easter period. Above named Mosque is located in Maitama Area of Abuja with an International School. The facility is accessible. I lodged in an Hotel in Maraba, Nasarawa State. The journey was an eye opener.
