My experience with Elim Pakistan was not good at all. They were fine in the beginning but then it went down the hill. Gave them 2 chances to better the quality of the water but no use. The water bottles had fungus inside. They miss deliveries and then dont make up for it.Their manager is a very impolite and a rude person. They have no data which would tell us the quality of water. No tests no nothing. Not even a good customer care. Please do not risk your health and that of your loved ones by using their water.

Poor customer service. Elim Abuja should different Business to customers that is final users and business to business , that is retail customers . Resellers queue only to buy take across to hike price while final consumers stay on the queue waiting to be served.If not addressed will affect the business in future negatively.

Nice clean water products.But their product collection point is very slow and to some worth disorderly...
