I came across Journaling your way to self awareness in January 2021, I made it one of my goals to follow everything I got from the sessions. It is noticeable in my activities that I am so much aware of me. I do things according to priority, channel my energy in the right direction and always pen down my plan. I will recommend it to anyone who is willing to be intentional about his or her self. You need it. We all need to be more aware!
