Its a good environment, quiet... Lots of places available to purchase items within the estate, Tricycles are allowed within the estate making transportation a lot easier. Apart from the fact that it might be considered far away by some people, it is a good enough place to live.Ps: you can get roasted fishes at affordable rates just outside the estate.Closest Landmark/Stop: Kabusa Junction

Their security structure is very poor and their drainage system is very poor. The road is easily flooded when it rains.

The estate is calm and easy to locate. You can find in it schools, supermarket, saloons and a photo studio.

A good area to settle for the middle-class earning, well secured not far from the city centre. Although theres high traffic on the routes during busy hours, most accessible roads (4 out of 5) are under construction.

CBN housing estate is an upscale housing estate within Abuja city. It is located in a well secured area of Abuja town and has basic amenities for a decent family life.

CBN housing estate is good. The light is fairly constant, there is good security, a fully stocked shopping mall open till late in the night, there is also a pharmacy and a private hospital. The estate also has about 3 good schools where one could enroll their children.

Generally neat residential area with a vigilant and polite security post at the gate.Roads are tarred and apartments are beautifully planned.The presence of a hospital and school is a plus for the estate.
