I visited the center for some blood tests. The environment is neat and the staff are professional in their service delivery. The results were emailed to me within the time limit. Im impressed, keep it up.

Googled and used review. Went in for a test at 9.20am. Was assured test result will be emailed to me within an hour. 3 calls and 3 hours later... Result was sent via WhatsApp which I agreed to as I needed the result.Environment is clean, staff were professional but sadly could not back it up with a good service.Next time, please communicate with your clients so they understand any difficulty you are experiencing keeping to what you say you will do. If you dont, you get negative reviews. I would have gladly given all stars till I had to constantly call. All the best.

Inaccurate results, poor service. The staffs cant even explain the result. You take the result to a pharmacy, and then theres a query with it. Poor poor service. Im disappointed
