Organized..... Urine, blood, nurse and doctor examination done by courteous professionals unlike regular Nigerian hospitals....Only negative is time spent. Went by 8AM left 5:30PM

Writing this review because I wish I had this information prior and I hope it eases your process.Note- Phone numbers do not work and no response to emails so, you wont reach anyone except you come down to Abuja yourself to make enquiries.Booking- Book online here and if the page does not load, use another browser to give it a try. - Mymedical.iom.int- It is stated that you have to book online however some folks were given a chance to register at the office. Not advisable risk though.- If your assigned date is after your VISA appointment, the team can consider moving you to an earlier date however you should come with proof of urgency (Flight date, School resumption document). This is AT THEIR DISCRETION.Peak Period - July - October- Preparation for university happens around this period thus, the number of people are usually A LOT. It is challenging getting the dates you want online and the available dates could be after your visa appointments.- For such period, it is best to take out a whole day to wait as it could take a while.- I came in around 11am (August) and could not have my test done till 7:20pm.- If you are looking to get this done, book far in advance.- Come along with a book to read, food to eat and water especially if your appointment is not in the morning.Staff- Staff are professional and will assist you to get what you need done.- It is a very simple process however, the registration of your data in the system and volume of people makes it long.- The processes are clearly documented on a sheet of paper for you to understand.- The one-on-one session with the doctor is also smooth.Actual TB Test- The test does not take more than 5 minutes.- Be considerate of the next person and come prepared to avoid delay. WEAR something you can EASILY/QUICKLY take off. Your upper body has to be completely bare with nothing but the robe.- You are mandated to change into a robe to get scanned.- Results are available quickly however, due to high volume of appointments, priority can be given to persons whose VISA appointment is most urgent.

Please Im Choice Victor by name booked for tb test on 25/8/2021 but my child is not feeling well so i took her to the hospital and am to be there on 25th but because of my little girl i would be coming on 26/8/2021 because of my child health. Tnx fr ur understanding.

For health assessment, its always better to book appointment and make payments ahead of time.Once you come on your appointed day, you will recieve number tag at the entrance. With your tag you proceed to the reception. Reception staff will issue you a form to fill your details and waiting area to stay. After your details and pic is captured you proceed to where your required test will be conducted.You may wish to note that since they are the only approved place for medicals; the crowd and wait times are seasonally very high during certain times corresponding with the resumption of schools. At such time their customers care services may be poor as the staff are overworked.They work on public holidays too so confirm if you appointment fall of a public holiday. Dont assume they will not be working or you may miss your appointment and will start the process over again.

Great place... From the gate to the reception. Staff appears friendly and willing to help but more importantly they are very knowledgeable and professional - from the reception to the lady who entered my details,the nurses, the lab lady, the doc that did my health check, the X-ray guy. Looks like they really take security seriously. The equipments look well taken care of... The environment is neat and obviously well cared for. The organization process are well thought out and implemented. Signs are well placed directing you... I had a good experience visiting IOM.

It is always better to make reservation by calling the center to choice desired date. And make payments before the appointment date as cash payment is strictly not allowed. On the date of appointment come early as service is usually based on first come first serve arrangement.Staff were courteous and the entire process was fast. You may need to wait 2 or more hours for result of your test.

I had to go here to get my upfront medical. There is not enough parking, not enough chairs in the waiting area.The security staffs are rude and arrogant. The waiting time is more 4 hours as estimated. The nurses were causally gusting and laughing while taking my vitals- Nigerian Factor I guess. We had our photos taken on a line up. Most of their staff had a frown. The ambience was hostile. For now this is the only recommended place for medical for international travel. Totally disappointed!

So far, so good. The Security men are courteous and very helpful. I cant give a full assesment however, as I was not able to enter since it was a public Holiday (Easter Monday).

Polite security detail with efficient receptionists. Data collection was precise and I got my certificate right on time

Their processes are well communicated right from the reception (you can even say from the security) so that you can manage your expectations well, coupled with their friendly and understanding staff.You can feel superb coordination and team work among the staff.

Very organized and was straight forward. The only thing I saw as a problem was that you are required to go online and register which they could have saved one time and possible embarrassment by letting you know to do so at the time you booked your appointment
