Its pretty easy to locate via Maps. The place needs an upgrade as far as aesthetics is concerned. I prefer the Wuse office. Also they seemed to be short-staffed when I last visited. Only one man was attending to everyone, and he kept calling for help,

God is Good Logistics is a transportation company located in Utako Abuja. They are involved in haulage of wares, transportation of people, waybill delivery and so on. They are professionals in delivering their services. They cover Lagos, Oyo and some south-west states, Porthacourt, Delta and some South-south states and they also cover the south eastern states. Their vehicles are comfortable for the passengers as they frown against over loading and over speeding.
They might have a good coverage but customer service is POOR!! The lied about when the parcel would arrive Abuja, it arrived later than promised. Collection of parcel is frustrating. Only one person attended to the whole group of people on the waiting list. The same person had to leave his seat infrequently to look for the parcels which further prolonged the waiting time. There were people in the back office but they never offered to help or use the second computer to cut waiting time. The waiting line is also unorganized. People ought to be given tally number to check queue jumping. #Sadfirstexperience

The staff are very smart and quick to attend to customers, however, there are no tallies to let you know your number on the queue.
Very good service. Some of the customer service officers may ask you to pay extra money to enhance the packaging of your items. This is not necessary. The standard packaging is ok. They are also very strict with closing time of 4pm for Sundays. Make sure you arrive there at least 5 minutes before 4pm for pickup. There is prompt arrival of goods to the stipulated station as they promise. You can also track your goods online.
With their new policy you now need to bring your own packaging (carton and bubble wrap). I went to send a small (less than 2kg) package at their Utako branch and one of the attendants declared I needed to go to Utako market to buy carton and bubble wrap (in lowered tones). Makes me wonder if this was just her personal policy and she wanted me to give her the money. I left without sending my package that day.
Gigm needs to add express delivery to their services. They are already charging for it.On the plus side, its one of the few customer service places where a lady is nicer than the guys

Looks good on the surface. Hopefully, they are actually good. So far, services have been okay. They are usually very active. Seems there is a high parcel traffic through their offices. They need a utility manager at their branches though. Especially in respect of electricity. When there is no power, services come to halt. Which isnt good.

I have always used and referred GIGL to people but my experience today at the Kubwa Branch is very bad.First, the place was very hard to findSecondly, my products got damaged.These are products I sell and have been ordered for already. I cant even sell to my customers. Orders and money lost.This is a very bad experience for me.Those are the tissues I used in cleaning the products, pack and wrap.Very heartbreaking

They deliver but almost everyone that works there is rude and unhelpful. I was almost run over by a driver in abuja who was clearly at fault but was still taking a piss at me. If you can deal with the unprofessional and rotten attitude of the employees, then you can usr God is Good Logistics.

The office is Air conditioned and has chairs where you can seat.It could be quite frustrating to pick a parcel here during rush hour as they usually have not more than 2 staff attending to clients. Perhaps if they could speed things up here the will get my 5

Good customer service. but bad location
First, I needed to collect an item that was shipped from Lagos to Abuja for a friend.Second, The GIG Logistics Collection point is different from their transport company premises.Third, The collection point is at Abraham Plaza, besides ABC transportsForth, The collection point was just there, waited a bit, then I got the shipment after showing an ID and providing the way bill number.
My experience with them has been terrible. My TV was shipped to me through them in March and was damaged during shipment even after making me pay double for creating a bracket to protect the TV. They were fully aware that it was damaged and still tried to pass it off to me as though there were no issues after a significant delay of about 10 days to deliver it. When I discovered the damage at the point of pick up, they said I was lucky I discovered the damage there because If Id taken it home it wouldnt have been their problem. Im still trying to get them to replace my TV. Their customer service rep whom Ive been speaking to is one of the most arrogant and unsympathetic people Ive ever spoken to. I wad very impressed with the way this company repositioned their brand but it turns out all the change is only skin deep. Please replace my TV.
I stood on a queue for an hour before I could pick up my item. Only 2 agents were attending to people sluggishly. Then, a third agent joined later. It wasnt a good experience.

I havent used them before but I know they are quite organised and booking is made easier for customers and travellers through the online booking system. Their buses are also in good condition and their regular clientele attest to this fact. Kudos!
I found that sending a small package to Abia state was about N450 more at GIG than Fedex. And for Fedex the charges included home delivery on Monday evening (in two days), about the same time as GIG (Monday evening or Tuesday Morning). While GIG charges was for pickup at their office.

The location is in a shopping plaza, but there is adequate parking. The office is neat enough. But it is always crowded because of the items sent in. The staff are friendly enough and you jave to be patient so they track your parcel

There services are terrible, dispatch arrogant and rude too.I have been expecting a package just within Nigeria for close to 2weeks now.it has not gotten to me yet.the amazing part is that they keep updating on there site that they attempted delivery. I really dont know who they think they are deceiving,because am always in that location 24/7.so how did they attempt delivery? I even called customer service but they also kept tossing me.this is not a good experience at all.I will rather use more reliable channel like DHL,FedEx than use them ever again.I guess they lost my package that why they are been shady about the whole thing.
