I’m giving them a 4 star because I saw so much improvement as I went for pickup this morning.As usual I got there at 8:00am, I wasn’t expecting them to be opened yet as is their custom, but alas they were opened, like they knew I was coming to rate them 1star.I’ve had bad encounters with them in the past. I was going through the comments and saw several low ratings. But I promise you they have improved.Open at 8:00am and close by 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Service is quite slow and the waiting area is small compared to customers that visit the place. There is also need for more hands to join the present team

Though the staffs were polite, the environment wasnt accommodating. They can still do better. Im looking forward to my next visit.

GIG is very efficient with delivery. I send and receive plants in boxes without damage. The place can be made more comfortable by putting air-conditioning. I always find it stuffy and uncomfortable. Sometimes, getting the exact change for payments is a challenge as the POS does not work all the time. Go there before noon for better service.

GIG GWARINPAWorkers arent so professional. One was on his laptop while the other was busy talking on the phone. The female attendant was just sitting on the chair like a guest herself. Took over 10mins for someone to talk to me. All I wanted to was pick up my package

Did everything I needed to do in few minutes and the staff was helpful. And yeah my package arrived safely and on time.

They are prompt in delivery most times.And when theres delay, the customer care representative does well by placing a call and explaining.In all, I have never lost any parcel I sent through then neither have they broken any fragile item I sent through them.

The management cares less about their customers. Went to their office three times (twice on 14/3/19 and once on 15/3/19) without being attended to.They had light issues and no standby generator. I over heard the staff said that their gen was stolen and I think the management wants them replace it. If true, it is not a good management skill at all. Are they your security?Their staff were however good and were very sorry for the situation on ground.GIG Logistics management please do something about this or find away to let people know that your Gwarinpa branch is not fully functional.Thanks

Pathetic service. They refused to give my delivery man my parcel even after their head office in Lagos gave approval by email. He spent hours at the office without assistance and they refused to talk to me on the phone. Reconsider before using their service.
