Very slow service.While I was there, they had only 2 active counters who were very slow in attending to the over 25 customers present. Had to wait for almost 2 hours before I got attended to.I expected that there would be a Token Management System in use for such an establishment but token numbers were written in forms and called out by the attendants.No tables or platforms were provided for customers to fill forms that were mandatory for each person to fill.DHL can do better.
