Actually a quiet place to stay in Abuja and is situated at safe part of town which is very close to social amenities. The staffs are really helpful and polite. Above all its really neat and of excellent value for your money. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to put up while in Abuja

Tranquil was a nice hotel for my trip to Abuja.The staffs were very nice and calm, the lady at the reception desk was helpful and the room serve guy was very warm. I would come here again to stay way longer. Thanks

Tranquil Mews Hotel is clean, quiet, and fairly well run. Its not going to win many awards for chic or style, but its value for money for sure. Food is no more than 5/10, but at least the beer was cold and very well priced. As a budget hotel, Tranquil certainly earns full marks.

Cool place to me, was sceptical about it at first because I wanted to visit base on Google review. But now after peeping I can say yes, the experience was worth it and I wouldnt mind recommending for other people who need a place to stay for a while, either travelling for business, or pleasure.The ambience was cool, good staff servicing, clean lobbies and rooms. Light was also steady, and all amenities working perfectly.

Made a booking for 11 nights at this hotel, and I was ready to pay for the 11nights as my flight was overnight, which means I will be arriving early hours of the morning at the hotel. On arrival, I was told my room was not longer available as I did not informed them I was arriving the next morning, the hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my booking. I was then told they had one executive room available but only for one night and will require cleaning as the room was not ready due to repair. I was told it will be cleaned and ready in 15mins; yet after one hour the room was ready, I refused to pay for the 10 days as at this point I was very disspointed with the service;  so i made a choice to only pay for 1 night just to see how things will turn out the next day. i was finally escorted up to the bedroom, After a long flight I decided to have a shower, the water was barely hot, I managed it like that then informed them downstairs about the shower not being hot enough; only to be told I was not using the shower correctly by the supervisor and how they will show me how to use the shower once I get back as I was on my way out. I felt very insulted to be honest, not just that I was asked to leave my bedroom key behind which I felt was a bit odd but yet I complied. At this point my views about the hotel keeps getting worse by the minutes. After doing some runs in town i decided to check out despite paying 27k for the night, I felt really uncomfortable staying there as the staff did not even apologise in regards the inconvenience they had caused me. I will never book here again, they have bad customer service, no regards for customers.

I spent 5 nights here & it was tranquil as the name says. The staff were polite and friendly.I was upgraded from a superior double room to a King room, but the king room wasn’t big- which made me really suspicious about how small the original room I booked was. However, the bathroom was huge and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.The complimentary breakfast had 5 options, which I found quite impressive. I’m usually not a fan of hotel food, but their meals were not bad at all.What I didn’t like was the Wifi & TV- the TV had limited options which was mostly scrambled. A technician had to fix it twice. The wifi (which they said was a fibre connection) barely worked.The swimming pool is tiny, FYI.Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

It was a good experience, price was affordable, staffs were courteous and friendly, the WiFi worked all through, the room was very comfortable. The only issue was d water which had some issues but was eventually resolved. Overall its a place I would go to again.

The hotel environment was definitely tranquil as the name depicts. They hotel staff were very pleasant and courteous though for some odd reasons, they refused to wear their face masks during our entire stay especially while serving your meals.For the times I spent there, we also experienced lack of water in the bathroom. The intercom also wasnt working most of the times, that we had to go down several times to either the reception or the restaurant to get what we wanted & walk back up.If you are looking to stay in a really comfortable yet spacious room, then supreme double room (or something like that) is definitely not for you because everything, from the room to the bathroom is really tiny.The rooms come with complimentary breakfast

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful.I wish they had lifts as I had mobility issues at the time and the rooms are upstairs but very nice.The standard rooms (pictured and labelled) are very clean and comfortable but small and relatively tight.The suites are extremely spacious and I enjoyed my time there but was not fond of the bath tub as the shower was faulty.Breakfast is available but I did not try it out. There is also a taxi service available.I would come back again and Id definitely recommend this hotel.Thanks again

Tranquil Mews HotelThis is probably one of the best hotels Ive stayed in Abuja. Tranquil Mews Boutique Hotel is a decent and serene place with adequate security for life and properties. The room was very spacious with lights and good furniture. I had a relatively good stay. The food was delicious and affordable, power supply was 24 hours, internet was available, water heater was working fine, the staffs were very welcoming and the service was awesome. I had a nice lodging experience.

Really enjoyed the hotel, the staffs were friendly and gracious, helpful whenever you needed. Great for the price, clean and came with a good breakfast every morning. I liked the area as well as it was very accessible to all the places I had to visit. Overall I was impressed really. The only downsides were the bathroom wasn’t clean enough to my standards but they did their best cleaning it everyday as requested and the internet was very slow which isn’t their fault really but that of the provider. Will definitely come back again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Basic three star hotel. Rooms are very clean, a tad bit tight (standard room). Staff are very friendly though not well trained. Breakfast is a joke! You get omelette, coffee or tea and 2 slices of bread!You get a bottle of water complimentary.For the price, its fair. Id recommend

Accommodation was lovely. Service was excellent. The waiters in charge of bringing food to the rooms will kill this hotel business. They are engaging in fraud and cheating the management and the owners of their hard earned investment. I was billed twice by the same waiter even after I had already paid. I had to raise an alarm to the receptionist by bringing the fraudulent act to her attention. Another customer came with the same complaint while I was there. Other than this, the hotel is good.

Perfect hotel for a perfect weekend in Abuja. Will stay there again. The friendly staff make up for the little defects, especially with WiFi.Central location with easy access to many places. Easy to get a ride with commercial drivers vetted by the Hotel. Awesome place.
