Apartments are cheap and large but accessibility is an issue. The roads are dilapidated and exterior building painting aint so pleasing to the eyes.

Its a prospectively beautiful residential place. With well spaced houses and a serene environment surrounded by several mountains. Though still in its developmental stage, its a great place to be in... the adventurers paradise and hikers haven (in perspective).

Its a great estate in a great location. Very quiet. The peace there is awesome. But the roads inside the estate is messy.

Its calm and cool. Its mostly for residency. And no hot spots or hang out area. If there are changes, I will update it here.

Came to see a friend here, the space here is quite a lot and the chill spot is pretty OK.

Ecowas is located near Katampe Extension, is a Diplomatic Zone where you can meet people from different countries. I like the place.

Ecowas Estate is a place to visit but not as interesting as the hills behind it.The hiking experience was amazing with fun people around and we discovered the locals still living inside the bush.They are also nice too

3 bedroom apartments are 1million. Outside not so nice, road not great either but apartments are cheap.
