Terrible service. The staff needs to have training on hospitality. I was there with my dad this morning and we were served by Cynthia. She seemed not to care about my request and was acting like she didn’t want to be there. I asked her if I can have 2 different flavors in my milkshake and she rudely shocked her head and just made my milkshake with the first flavor I asked for without even asking me. She finished preparing my order and went directly to the till and I had to tell her that we have another order. On top of that she didn’t seem to even know the menu. I ask for the manager and he/she wasn’t around. I told her directly that we didn’t appreciate the service. At the back other staff were playing around. The till was not working and we couldn’t even get the receipt. This is not ok at all.ADI

Sadly the queue was long and the pos machines are acting up. But as usual the ice cream was nice.

Good product and services, though you need to a little patient when you are there to get cold stone as it usually has a little queue, and this is due to the large patronage from customers.

This is my favourite coldstone store, although I havent visited Apo yet.Most of the time customer service is alright, but it does get busy after 4pm.PS. My new favourite pizza is the Southern Style Barbecue Chicken 😁 🕺🏾

Good ice cream but the long queues melt anything that was good about the idea of getting to this place.

You know how much I loveree ice cream. Cold stone is one of my go-to ice cream shops. Its creamy and i loveee having waffles crushed in it! They are great,but I will save my 5 stars

My favorite of all the coldstone outlet in Abuja it is particularly children friendly and parking here is not as difficult as it is in gwarimpa. They however close earlier than others (11pm)

Delicious variance of ice cream, perfect for a Date

The ice cream was really good and the pizza was okay. Hygiene - wise, it was clean. The price for the ice cream starts at 1000 per cup and goes up to 5700 (if I remember correctly).Update - July 2021The staff are way too slow serving. Too slow.They should adjust to accommodate the traffic that comes in on weekend or switch the kitchen staff to assist at peak hours. Youd think they were making the ice cream from scratch.

If you want a show, theyll give you one, in a good way. From blending to mixing and a supervisor yelling well done guys, we have to be fast delicious ice cream with varieties to chose from. The downside, I stood in line for almost an hour to get my order taken, I was tired from work and just wanted a nice crunchy waffle with vanilla ice cream topped with and M & M treat. My conclusion, they need to employ more hands. Great service though.

Cold stone creamery has a reputation for good ice cream but this place has some really friendly staff. They were able to recommend flavor pairings that went well and were cordial and helpful even when I had challenges with the P.O.S machine. Great service.

30 minute wait for 1 scoop of ice cream. There needs to be more staff and trained to act faster. It’s supposed to be fast food but the prep is slow af.

Guys pls hire more staff. Five ice creams we purchase a week would probably cover their salary. How can you have 1 person working the counter on a Saturday night??

Sweet sensation but you got to be careful. Those sales girls are fond of adding money to customers. I just discovered that they added 500 to my bill. That was my second experience. When i asked the girl to recalculate my bill, She feigned ignorant of what she did. Dont act big, always demand for breakdown of your bill to avoid cheating.

Took about an hour to get my order but then everyone loves cold stone, its nice for the outfit to have pizzas in various categories & prices. Go on a regular date and spend about N7,000 for 2 & even less.

Dont be scared by the long queue, its mostly that way because they sell some of the best icecream around...they have lots of cheerful attendants at the counter, so queues move quickly too. Ice cream here comes in different sizes, flavours, and mixes, and theres a wide variety to choose from/combine on your own. They also sell cakes. Parking space can be a problem though.

They the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Good place for relaxation. Pizzas could also be got from Domino within the same premises. The place is located on Ahmadu Bella way in Garki II, Abuja.

Customer service was poor. Had to wait in line for quite some time before my pizza was brought to me. Table was messed up. Disappointing to be honest. Staff doing everything but attending to customers. Wasnt pretty. Hope things change.

It is a great experience being here however the service delivery has to be looked into. You have to stand on the queue for a long period of time.

The place is situated in town and very accessible, nice environment and good customer service the only challenge is that theres no much seats for customers and the number of attendants are small compared to the customers thereby leading to very long queue.

OmG. Like OMG. Awesome Experience. I mixed great combos of the coldstone creamery!! This particular location is situated in heart of Abuja. I had major fun here. I ordered lots of flavours, baileys, coconut etc, serene and cool environment and atmosphere.The service was sharp and pristine.

Cold stone Cremaery Garki is a great spot for having best icecream, a 1001 flavours available. I love that i can sit and quietly wait for my order to get served. Totally more serene than the Wuse oultlet.

The Icecream is Very nice, but their cashier seemed very confused. She made a transaction from the POS and took 8000 for a payment of 800. I hope this mistake will not happen again.Coldstone is located beside Slot in garki.

The one at Wuse is just bae because the service there is more lively and participatory. At Garki, they seemed to be more chill and less excited.And if the Ice cream is the focus, I am yet to have ice cream that tastes better than that of cold stone.I really love Cold Stone.
