A very beautiful estate, very affordable! You can find a hospital a school and a mall church , also has a playground for kids in the estate, Good road network within the estate and saw a billboard about fiber optic network around the estate , highly secured and very neat .

Sunny Vale is good but the roads within the estate need serious rehabilitation.Its safe though and the security is a very good part of the place.
