A private estate with security for the safety of those who live there. Not easily accessible.

Lake view estate jabi is purely a residential settlement located in the quiet neighbourhood of Jabi district, Abuja. It is a beautifully planned setting with spaces for recreational activities. Affordable to the upper class and anyone who can afford the cost.

Structures looks kinda old. But a great place when worked upon

Nice weather environment.Just beside the Jabi Lake.No security threats as there is police and other security force patrol almost all the time.In estate, everyone minds his or her business.

I stayed at the Jabi Lake View Hotel for 3 nights each week from 30th October 2018.The food is oriental and delicious.The barbecue chicken and chips with vegetables is simply hot, spicy and mouthwatering.The hotel too is clean and light was constant. They have other facilities, my partner and I used the restaurant often. The fruit juices too is special.

Perfect place to call a Home in the heart of Abuja township.
