A very nice and comfortable estate. A perfect place for residency, has a supermarket at entrance, I love the fact the houses are beautifully arranged too. Located along Lokogoma Sunnyvale road, opposite kabusa gardens estate.

Fapins estate is located just by a tiled road at kabusa local government area of the federal capital Territory at Abuja just opposite Kabusa Garden estate and adjacent to same global estate. Its a fenced and gated estate, with uniformed security men in site. It has a shopping mall which has provision stores, grocery stores, supermarket, boutique, pharmacy, barbing saloons, eateries, and a Cuper cafe/ lundary and a point of sale office in it just at the entrance of the estate. Going into the estate, first turn by the right just after the estate gate and first black gate at the left is House X, a hotel apartment. The estate is fairly neat and it has a church inside of it. All roads are tiled with good road network, buildings are cute and not too expensive, theres a block of flats not far from the gate where you can get a 2bedroom for 600k and bungalows ranges from 1m to 1.8m. its fairly safe and light is almost constant

Big estate with a building housing supermarkets, an eatery, barber shop, a pharmacy and other shops , the road leading here is under construction right now so its a bit dusty.
