Straight forward. Bad road at some point but beautiful amd cool looking estate with new houses.

Good road network within the estate in a serene environment, the road leading to the estate from Galadimawa roundabout is not too smooth but motorable.Surrounded by other beautiful estates like Maccido Royal estate and Sam Njoma Estate

Its a waoh estate. Beautiful, quiet with lovely weather, near a hill, supermarket available. Security is top notch. Easily accessible from galadima round about.

Good estate but not good accessibility

It was very easy to locate Aldenco through Google map. The timing and mapping is apt and very reliable. It was a smooth ride to my destination.

The parking space is bad and unkept

Wowww!!! Family oriented housing development. Very suitable for raising children with good road network. Power (light) here is quite stable

Beautiful estate. The road to the estate needs to be tarred though. However all roads within the estate are tarred and the environment is clean and peaceful with well maintained houses. It also enjoys almost constant power supply. It is centrally located meaning residents can access any where in Abuja easily.

Nice place

The road leasing up to it is an earn road and a very bad one at that. The estate itself is well laid out and seem to have steady electricity supply. I didnt notice the trees but I did notice it place was clean and tidy.

Good residential environment

The road to the destination is pretty bumpy so take care if youre in a sedan or anything smaller but if you came in an SUV or a truck then ride away

Apart from the bad road from Galadimawa roundabout the estate looks good. My other worries is the open drains; stagnant water could breed mosquitoes.

Aldenco Estate is a very nice estate, flung to the far reaches of Galadimawa, very serene atmosphere and fine houses. The road leading to the estate is untared and dusty, or muddy, as the case may be.

This estate is neat, secure and quiet. Houses have large rooms, roads are wide and in good condition. Ideal place to own a home. less than 10mins drive to CBD and 30mins to the airport
