A nice and well situated residential estate. rents for a bed room flat averages N400,000 per annum while a 2-bedroom flat is between N600,000 to N1,000,000 depending on the facilities in the apartment. there are also 3 bedroom flats but most of the houses are 2bedrooms.the estate is a bit unkempt especially the interior further from the main gate. there are some churches and private mosques in the estate, there may be up to 3 nursery and primary schools in the estate as well.
