The Estate is within Apo environs , they good security checks and I recommend it for anyone

Its a nice estate but power is a little erratic, each compound is serviced by borehole water source. The roads within the estate are well tarred.

Nice estate not too far from Abuja City Centre.

The Estate has good roads, water supply and I love the security setup.

Though, small with narrow street roads within, the estate is well coordinated with standby security men.

Well laid out Estate with good roads and security at the entrance needs resident permit before guest are allowed in. Water in the Estate and light situation is not bad. Estate overlooks a hill and makes for a nice view depending on which street you are on. Its a middle income estate & is about 40mins drive to the airport. No recreational facilities.

Beautiful estate from outside. Well located but very very poor drainage system. Many houses have been marked for demolition. However, there are houses that are worth the money. Not far from Cedarcrest Hospital. Less than 15 minutes drive to the city center

There is fashion designer in house 2 and she makes great pieces and also teaches. There is also a convenience store at the entrance.

The place is very cool and cam no goes slow no hold up, also the environment is a place to leave and very good for children
