Very beautiful Estate, I must confess. Good roads, well designed estate with beautiful ambience and trees all around

The estate I still in a developing state I guess. There is steady light so Im enjoying my stay here

Apartments not too expensive here it reasonable

It’s a calm estate. Not filled with touts and people roaming the street. It has chairs bey the road side where you can relax yourself too

Serenity and stable power supply

Beautiful, serene estate especially phase 2. One of best residential estates in Gwarimpa. Finding the estate can be little bit tricky. The back gate leads directly to life camp. The electricity can be epileptic sometimes but overall, it’s a secure place to live.

The roads were recently tarred. The estate is serene and safe. The security is tight especially in Phase 2. Theres a market within trekkable distance behind phase 2 back gate. This is a family friendly residential estate.

Okay residential estate nothing much to comment on. Management could do a better job with access roads within the estate.

Though the road leading to this estate is fairly bad, the estate is a good place to be and live in. It is located in a serene environment.

Got some real cool structures; bungalows, duplexes in phase 2. Their access road is punishment for users, infrastructure not too impressive. Easy transportation to and from the estate. Located at the outer northern wing of Gwarinpa or Kafe district, a fuel station is within 700 meters, no major supermarket within 1km radius, no fun place for children or teenagers, its in a secure location, average security service.

Phase 1 of the estate is tarred.phase 2 isnt tarred yet. Good road network. High security. The road that leads to the estate is being tarred. Electricity is OK compared to other parts of gwarimpa.
