Room was okay 8/10. Serene environment and easy access into town. Toilets had a steady light unpleasant odor coming from suspected dysfunctional plumbing.

The hotel is also call Ultra modern and its location is inside Utako. There are two Top ranks in Utako, however, this one is just hidden around the Total filling station.Very serene environment and presence of few businesses, thereby given you all the comfort and warm atmosphere you require.Service here are relatively cheaper and more affordable and they have minimum parking spaces available.

Poor service. Dirty Walls. Lazy and rude staff. Wont even give more than one glass per room if you have a guest. Avoid unless you just need just a bed.

Nice location, decent rooms and the pricing isnt over the top. Restaurant is efficient, and meals dont take forever to prepare. Very well kept premises and plenty of parking space. There are taxis just outside the hotel, and thats a plus. Outside area for having drinks and the odd meal and Shawarma stand. Hotel lets itself down by poor services. They seem more intent on seat arrangement than pleasing people. Was there barely an hour, and a waiter spilled beer on my laptop. Still, a good place to spend a weekend or just kill a few hours. Just dont bring your laptop

I passed by this hotel regularly - almost on a weekly basis. I never gave it much thought.Yesterday, I decided to lodge here and I was pleasantly surprised.The staff are courteous and the rooms are roomy.However, my TV didnt connect to NTA when I wanted to watch the interview of President Buhari and vice president Osinbajo with Kadaria Ahmad.
