The Palms Hotel by La Tere is a high end 4-star luxury hotel located in the Central Business District of Abuja. The beautiful hotel offers free parking, has a restaurant, a gym, a bar, spa and event halls.My personal experience at the hotel was pleasant. My family and I stayed at the Presidential Suite which is tastefully and lavishly furnished.I was particularly impressed by the Front Desk. They were prompt in handling complaints and were professional as well. I remember the Receptionist, Frances by name who checked us in and made sure we were comfortable. However, I think the Kitchen could deliver orders a bit faster as it took some time for food orders to arrive.The least room here is about N70,000 ($140), so if you are on a budget, this may not be in your interest.The hotel offers a 25% weekend discount on all rooms though. If you are in Abuja and looking for luxury, class and serenity, check out the hotel.

Ideal place to relax, wine and dine. Excellent location and good customer care service but a Little effort should be applied to restructure the facility to a modern hotel.

I stayed here during a business trip and I loved the decor. Service personnel were courteous. The finishing of the building, particularly of POP coverings need attention. But apart from this, its a five star for me.

This facility is dope from the outside.I picked up a client from here but didnt get time to go in. The entrance has a sliding door that opens via a sensor system. There are palm trees along the entrance as well.The inside looks well lit with shining gold rays.I hope to go in someday.

The service is not good.Never answer the phone, food takes over an hour, the bathroom was flooding every time we showered and dirty and the bathroom decor just doesn’t match the SUITE I was in, very basic. Some of the staff were rude (kitchen staff) Overall not impressed

Nice, new hotel. Great interior. Great location.The bridal party of my sisters wedding stayed here.We had some complaints about the service and management took complete responsibility and went above and beyond in addressing them. Accolades to them for that... in my years in Nigeria, never experienced management behave in such a positive way. Keep up the good work.. focus on customer service and you guys will go far.Thanks!

I love this hotel, it is opposite freaser suit hotel. The building arrangement is nice but the little challenge I have with the facility Is that they only have one rest room at the reception.Hence, the rest room is inside a conference room, what am trying to say is that the people having conference can be affected when people from the reception want to use the rest room.So the management may want to look into it

It is new and looks nice. A lot of work to be done as per the restaurant even though the waiters were nice. Anticipate 30minutes for any order you make. The spa though was a different experince. Professional in every sense of the word.

Id recommend the hotel to all who will want to patronize them.

A wonderful hotel smack dab in the middle of town. Very ideal for wedding pictures.For a new hotel, they still have some improvements to make and also the elevator is too tiny.
