I expected more because of the recommendations from a friend.Its okay for the price, I guess.- Some lights and sockets werent working.- I didnt like the look of the bathrooms.- The sheets looked a little worn.- Check-in took a long time for me.- It was really easy to hear the guests in the adjoining room (I was given one).The only reason this isnt a 1 star is because of the price. I will not be going back.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in Abuja. I have never been this annoyed with any place I have been too. Rather poor room service. They have a wide range of items in the menu but only a few is available. If you dont call breakfast wont be served, and talking about breakfast its just the food and no drinks will be served alongside. It was becoming a drama to request for drinking water in the room everyday. There was also no toiletries provided. Mind you I stayed in their most expensive room and I received the poorest service there. I also find the some staff annoying and they have the i dont care attitude. I infact booked two rooms. One room had the Air Conditioner malfunctioning, and I was given the whenever the ac technician comes it will be checked i wont encourage anyone to stay here unless you are just looking for a hiding spot and dont want to receive services worth the money..

Great and beautiful environ. Medium size pool, gym and space for activities. You also get a complimentary breakfast when lodged in. Theres 24hrs light, WiFi, a meeting room and a nice bar.Excellent customer service, professional and beautifully dressed staff members, functional systems.Overall, the hotel is efficient and enjoyable to lodge in.

The question I asked myself when I saw this place online was, how come I never knew this place exists before now?Super clean hotel with very good reception service. This is the most manage little space Ive seen on my entire life. Their swimming pool can pass for a Giant jacuzzi😝, their reception is so so welcoming but no wheelchair parking accessible and also no wheelchair access into the main building... Tasty food from their restaurant(the coconut rice was heavenly), its also an hotel not for smokers as they have zero tolerance to smoking in their rooms which is perfect for me. Being a compact building with doors of rooms so close, they should at least make the doors soundproof... My next door neighbor and his female guest didnt let me sleep with their noise...But Generally, its a very good hotel with a pocket friendly prices.

The Edge By Wellness felt like a home while I stayed here. Calm and serene, beautiful and affordable. Located in one of the most serene and secure parts of Gwarinpa, Abuja. Top-notch front desk and room service, fairly spacious rooms, stocked bar and a very lovely pool and poolside. Plus their meals are fairly priced too. Ill recommend to anyone who needs exquisite lodging

Worst experience ever. These people are frauds. When we got to the hotel we already heard the hotel talk to a guy in a very loud way telling him that he didn’t pay a bill of 80000 naira. I felt bad for him that they’re embarrassing him in front of the whole lobby but thought that the guy got drunk at the hotel bar and forgot to pay. Then later we heard the same noice again with other ppl while we were in our room. Since I didn’t feel good we spend the day in the room which by the way is overpriced, the mattress is plastic which made us sweat and I got bites from some insect in the matress. Then when we were checking out the same thing happened to us. The woman at the counter came with 4 faked bills with even our names on it of food and drinks that we apparently didn’t pay (like I said i was sick and my bf was with me all through to take care of me) we didn’t even see the bar or restaurant. I’m telling you, all these good reviews have to be fake and I warn everyone to never enter this place.

First of all the serene environment and the high taste in interior decor is just everything for me. The staff are so polite and respectful. The location is really good too, its close to different supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and restaurants. So its like a central location. I also love the professionalism, they try their very best to keep you comfortable at all times.

Horrible experience, no towels for my stay, no remote for air-conditioner room was freezing cold. Had to sleep with window open to allow heating the room. Shower very stained. Didnt see a elevator. Had to carry our luggage up stairs. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend this hotel

The hotel setting is nice though my room was on the ground floor facing the car park which made it very noisy.

I enjoyed my stay here. Had an issue initially with my room and reception staff was kind of rude but management stepped in immediately to resolve it and ensure i was happy and comfortable. The room was lovely but bathroom was small. Staff was otherwise very friendly and helpful. The manager is committed to ensuring your comfort and is easy to access and speak to. Ill definitely be back when next Im in Abuja.

I rate this hotel 4 out of 10. Very noisy with people having parties in rooms and playing loud music throughout my 5 day stay, very unprofessional and unfriendly front desk staff. Towels and bedding have turned from white to brown. I still never come back here again

The hotel is really good, nice decor. However, they are stingy with EVERYTHING! small portions of food, only one sugar in the room per day, they charge you if you want to warm up food, if you want to use their glass or cutlery they charge. This is NOT how you run a hotel. Very disappointing service. Never experience this kind of service in any hotel in Nigeria. I can’t recommend anyone to stay here unfortunately as the service is not 5star.

The food was great, this was my second visit there. The rooms needs proper cleaning next though,there were mosquitoes in the room I stayed which was quite disturbing. I killed like two mosquitoes (no jokes, cuz the evidence is on the walls). They need to ensure that the environment is not just need from outside but also inside. Apart from this their services was good.

The best hospitality facility in the whole of the FCT, Abuja. The Edge By Wellness is home sweeter than home even when away.

The customer service is so poor . Staff is rude! Kitchen staff attends to customer with a frown like they were forced to work. Towel won’t be in the room until you call and would be given to you either late at night or the next day morning. They always claim it’s not dry.

Beautiful facility but the rooms are small for the price tag. Also, quite unbelievable that I couldnt book a room a week ahead. I was told booking could only be done a day before.

Managements resolve to our issues were handled very poorly. It took more than 10 days for me to get my deposit refunded and thats after many calls. Food and room service was good though

This hotel is great if you are looking for a low-key place to spend the night in the city. You may nearly miss it driving by as it blends well with the adjacent homes. I was pleased by how clean the environment and space was (including the rooms), friendly and helpful the staff, and overall ambience. This hotel attracts a younger crowd but nonetheless, I did see a range of individuals. One thing to note is the limited options of food and drinks. What is was advertised on the menu was not what was available.

Really nice and comfortable place to relax, it has a gym a small size pool with loads and lots of wonderful things to enjoy, a nice quiet scenery to relax when you want to escape from worry

I am surprised to see positive reviews for this hotel because fellow guests during my stay had negative views of this place, therefore, I advise you take the positive reviews with a grain of salt, they might be bots. I lodged in as a guest at this hotel, customer service was below par. There is not even a signpost at the entrance, a serious red flag for SECURITY conscious travellers. A hotel is supposed to be home away from home but sadly, my experience was far from this. The manager down to the restaurant staff were unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I had to leave before my planned check out date for my safety and comfort.

Decent hotel. Queit and clean. Budget rooms are a bit really small though. Facilities are well maintained and kept in good state. On my first day though, I was delayed to check in and there was no towels in my room till late. This means you can imagine that available rooms are not exactly ready when you are checking in

Very cute place without service and filled with youngsters. A place people can smoke indian hemp or weed and that means the place is unsafe. Service is poor at some points and unavailable at other points. There is no manager available during the night, allowing young spirited chaps to run it all by themselves? The result will be such a terrible thing. Somebody spent all that money with that great taste and filled it with laxity

Its in a very serene part of 6th Avenue in Gwarinpa. The staff are courteous. Was served a plate of a very delicious egusi soup with eba. Sadly, my phone battery had died before I could take any pictures. The restaurant, bar and reception areas are clean and smelled really fresh. Wasnt able to get into the room but I was able to look through the pool area and it was very clean. Theyve also got a gym. Ill be sure to add photos when I get the chance.

Absolutely Zero Customer service, the receptionist talks as if shes scolding you on and off the phone with an extrem firm authoritative tone. No one to help you carry out your bags. Service is absolutely zero. The concept of the hotel might have been nice when it first started. But this is my worst experience since I have been lodging in hotels for over 25 years now.
