Customer friendly and budget friendly

I booked and paid N15k online but on getting there a day after booking, I was kept waiting for almost 15minutes because housekeeper is cleaning the room. On getting to room 103, the noise in that room is out of this world because the engine room for A/C, pumping and washing machine is directly behind the room. The noise was so deafening that I couldnt just stay for 5minutes talk less of spending the night in that room, I demanded for change of room but was told theyre fully booked, so I asked for refund and I was told they dont refund. Immediately I started video of the room with the noise and told them if my money is not refund, I will post the video online then a call was put through to the manager and she was begging me that someone is coming to fix the problem, this is around 7p.m but I told her I cant stay in that room and more so there is a bucket put under the A/C in the room because is dripping water! Anyway I insisted on refund and was told to dropped my Account details that it will be transferred to my account. I later got another room elsewhere and I received a call from Ritman same night that my refund is ready, so I went there the next morning to pick up my 15k.

I enjoyed my stay here. The customer service was very good. Serene environment in the heart of town. If u r looking comfort within a budget in Abuja,i wld recommend this hotel.

Customer service was nice their food came early and taste nice but I went out and gave my key to the receptionist and when I got back I couldn’t find my charger head, someone came into my room and took my Amazon charger....

Very terrible experience. Room 102 which was to be a deluxe room had bad socket issues. The fridge had a bad power cable which must’ve been ignored for a while till I complained. After fixing it, the fridge never cooled. The hotel has a body of staff none of whom will inform you when the complimentary breakfast ends; this is also not printed anywhere on the menu or in the room. The WiFi doesn’t work but is advertised to be available. The AC drips water on the pillow. Found dirt swept under the fridge including a used condom sachet. All these experienced after being told my room could not be changed.

I enjoyed the approach and company of the staff, theyre very well cultured and mannered. The environment is neat and the room is actually as is in the pictures posted. I had a peaceful stay with a view of the road (the room I stayed at) and happenings around. Id surely visit again when the need arises.

It do not actually use the rooms but the bar and laundry is top notch. Excellent service. Plus friends I know usually excellent reviews on the entire service... So yep... A 5/5 is a honest review

A very lovely & comfortable hotel. Just 10 minute walk to the International Conference Centre were I was attending a seminar. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

The one star is just for the prompt home delivery and polite customer care person. Nkwobi was tooo salty no one could eat it. Fried rice was overcooked with sparse carrot. Felt like eating curry and carrot. The only thing good was the goat meat.

Negatives: The beds are bad and need to be replaced. The A/C is noisy. I have been there on 2 occasions, and expected changes to the beds, but there wasnt. So, check the bed to see if they are up to your taste. Positives: Free WiFi, complementary breakfast, friendly staff, restaurant. If you are on a budget, its an enclave in an expensive terrain. Chicken Republic and few banks are right around the corner. The last time I was there the TV in my room was bad, and to think this didnt bother them speaks volumes.

I wonder how they managed to get all these stars. The service here is very terrible. You dont rely on one person to run a business effectively (Read the book Built to Last!) . If the management is reading this they probably know what I mean. I came here by reviews but I guess experience is still the best teacher.

Well the first time I slept here it wasnt so bad because i got a well positioned room. The next time i booked a room, it was sharing windows with the laundry service and this made me feel very uncomfortable because i could see staff and hear sounds outside the window of the room!

I love the environment so cool, the staffs are very jovial and welcoming, they treated me well.. The room was sparkling clean.. The internet service helped me alot.. It was really a nice place..

I love the fact that their room supersedes the price tag, steady power supply and almost like home cooked meal. I highly recommend and would surely re visit whenever Im in town.

Its a cheap hotel. Has friendly staff. Close to the USA embassy, various banks, and an eatery. Nice and peaceful place to be. Please, kindly add cartoon to your TV stations for kids. Thanks.

I spent 3 nights at Ritman hotel because of its proximity to the international conference center where I had event. Power here is 24hrs, I had a good experience and recommend.

I spent 3 nights at this place and I couldnt wait to just fly out. I couldnt leave because I had already paid my full duration money and it was non refundable. I actually moved out early the morning of my checkout so I could sleep at the airport. I would have given 0 star if it existed. Judge from the pictures yourself.

Fairly decent hotel for a decent price. They run out of water pretty quickly though and would frequently need to pump water to the rooms. Im thinking the overhead tank is small. This becomes annoying when you have to dash off to an engagement but have to wait for them to bring water up to your room.

Ritman has fantastic, courteous staff that do their absolute best to ensure your stay is beyond satisfactory. The facilities are clean excellent and any requests are seen to promptly and efficiently.

Siren environment..I love it.But I think the rooms are quite expensive and their WiFi doesnt work.

Ritman Hotel is home away from home. The staff are fantastic, noiseless environment, always looking forward for meal 24hours light, access to uninterrupted internet facilities and the rooms interior are always welcoming.

I made a booking here through Jumia Travels which was confirmed, only to get there and be told that my booking request through Jumia wasnt confirmed. Had to go look for another hotel. Other than that, the hotel looks like a guest house with very little compound but neat.
