The room was horrible...the pictures on Internet do not match what we saw....the receptionist was rude....the manager was a perv.....urggghh I just hated that place.

The rooms are t all that good with broken tops. The AC looks mad and the bed is really old and not all that good. But theres light most of the time and theres a fine.No TV tho so you cant say you want to watch something.

Very useless place with insects all around and smelling rooms with very poor customer service. The first hotel I see they staff changes the TV channel over the interest of the customer. It took the involvement of their manager. Please if you have options, kindly do, New Rendezvous isnt conducive. So irritating a place that I couldnt order food in the hotel.

The hotel New rendezvous hotels located at Makeni street Cotonou crescent offer low services. The hotel is for average people. There room start from 5k. No WiFi access but there is a bar, restaurant and also they offer laundry service. The hotel isnt that bad enough.

The place was truly horrible. The reception smelt of weed, the toilet had moulds growing in it, the ceiling was delapitated with the roof showing. I was a truly Horrible experience and I deeply advise against lodging with them. They don’t deserve a Star

It was a bad experience for me.I guess I got what I was looking for comparing price, it was cheap.The blanket stinks, my wife had to use her inhaler all through the night before we checked out immediately it was morning.The towel in the room was no different from a washed rag, I could not use it.It was a very bad experience.

Anybody that gives this establishment more than a star dont know what they are doing. The building is old and decrepit. The rooms dont have much for ventilation. The service is sub-par. No generator. No hot water. Some of the rooms have no a/c. Its a totally abysmal environment

Though the rooms are spacious but the bedding materials need to be replaced with new ones as they are all expired. The internal corridors and room should be scented.
