I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The breakfast should be improved to include delicacies instead of only bread tea and eggs.

AC was leaking and the room became flooded with water, got my clothes and the bedsheet wet.No towel in the room, I called and they didn’t bring it until the next day.Called for laundry service and I was ignored.Called for water and they didn’t bring it until hours later.They didn’t serve me breakfast even though I was entitled to one, I called by 10:19, and the lady that picked said she’d charge extra because I didn’t call by 10. I asked why she didn’t call me and she lied that she did. Dafuq?! I will never come here again.

I was a bit jittery when this hotel was suggested for us to come when the more central Sheraton Hotel was full.But I decided to let my more adventurous side take the decision. And I was not disappointed.The rooms are clean and elegant. The hallways neat.Even the bathrooms are beautiful. Most importantly, and this is what I cherish the most in a hotel, the staff are friendly and courteous.I may likely come back.

Showers doesnt work, dirty water doesnt flow out of the bathroom, the doors are faulty, cockroaches in every corner of the rooms, poor services being rendered, infact is not a good place to be.

My experience here was a very memorable one. Starting from the reception to room service and quality of service delivery, the management is really doing something positively different from others. I hope they continue this way.

Nice scenery from the rooms, good location in Gwarimpa. The hotel has a history of being a good spot but poor maintenance has left some of its features deteriorating. The food is nothing to write about, I ordered on my 1st night and was disappointed, the chicken seems to have been fried over and over again for preservation plus it was pricey. The plumbing in the room was bad, had to result to bucket use as there was no other available room. The heater worked well though and the internet was fair. Room service was ok, the staff were well mannered and friendly.

Lavila hotel gwarimpa is nice hotel located in the heart gwarimpa 69 road. And not far from galadima gate. Theres also a sports bar at the top with a swimming pool by the side. Plus the view from the top is priceless.
