Located in a good side of Abuja. The rates are cheap but also matching the declining condition of this quiet hotel, in terms of services. If youre looking for place with enought room space this is not it.Food: They make excellent jollof rice and chicken.

House 9 apartments is a wonderful place to be, and in a top, high brow and secure neighbourhood (Maitama). Very calm and serene, attractive, elegant and with good, attentive and courteous service too. They also offer good food; its close to being in your own house, but waited on when you need to be; otherwise, you are left in peace to do your work without disturbance.

Located in the high brow area of maitama. It is a best fit for a quiet weekend.

WiFi very slow .Rates doesnt include breakfast but food prices are moderate though.I spent two night and I didnt regret it.

Hospitality is top notch

Very neat and inviting place. The food was nice and quite affordable. Staff were very courteous and polite. Power was 24hrs. Its a bit hard to locate but worth it once you do. Its a bit expensive, as such I would recommend that management look into a price review of their rooms.

House 9 is a clean neighbourhood lodging. They processed my booking with dispatch and offered me an option when I didnt like the original room I occupied.There are few concerns with the suitability of the air-conditioning system and how they manage their appliances when there is a power outage. This should be reviewed. For example, I had to ring the reception to turn on the Air Conditioning for my room which was centrally disabled but not restored when they switched to an alternative source of power.Secondly , breakfast was served ala carte, I was expecting a mini buffet for a busy place such as that.The staff are ever ready to help and this makes all the difference. I will visit again.
