The location is spot on, MOST of the staff members are very helpful..and their services and Hotel prices are good. Dilic Hotel for me would and should have had a 5 star but for the light skinned wannabe like a pop singer of a Manager, very rude and without an ounce of customer relations..avoid the place if he is there.

Nice. Not a fancy place but not dingy either. Pleasant staff and very clean rooms. Could do with a bit more cheerfulness on the restaurant staff s face but all and all, very well recommended.

You guys need to train your receptionist very well...they lack proper orientation and poor customer relationship..lack manners and respect.

I like Dilic hôtel because its a child friendly hotel.

This is a nice and homely hotel. The rooms were quite decent for the price. The air conditioning works. There is adequate pressure in the bathroom, and the water heater functions very well. There is WiFi but you have to request for the password from the reception. Worthy of mention is the fact that the food is always prepared fresh no matter what you order for. I enjoyed the vegetables and the melon soups. I advise uou order your food 30 minutes in advance. There is easy access to transport, especially uber. There is a popular supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance, where you can get virtually most things uou might need. The kitchen requires exhaust fan though, as the smell of food permeates the floors most times.

The customer service is great but the hotel lacks many room amenities. Please bring your toothpaste and soap.
