The place is cool and elegance but most of the amenities are gradually fading away as they lack adequate maintenance. I think the staff needs to top up their game as well. There is no point having such a gigantic place without proper monitoring and adequate maintenance. The management should improve quality service. The host did a good job though

Truth be told , for cleanliness well they scored well but other than that they failed woefully in the aspect of light and response to the needs of customers, they depend on phcn during the day time and at night before the Gen comes o it takes forever.. Very poor for a hotel that charges the way they do...
