It was below average, there was no light for over 4 hours, i had to go out to complain and the cleaners are reckless imagine not locking the door after cleaning when i was not around. What if someone came to pick some of my things. Lastly they don’t run cashless business no pos I had to use the atm outside the hotel.

The interiors and facilities are bad. Bad toilet, toilet and shower in the same space...likeeee am supposed to stand on the toilet seat?Theres this receptionist too that picks quarrel with customers.See eh, just avoid this hotel. Periodt.

Run by inadequate, brainless people. Very stupid with no business sense. They offered no discount for extended stay, offered me a room with no working outlets (naked wires showing), and asked me to withdraw cash across the street to pay. Such a shame for a place with such potential. The lady managing the place was doing her nails for her date tonight...instead of using her brain. Trash.

Hotel is cool. Its been the only hotel I stay in whenever I come into Gwarinpa. But then the customer service keeps deteriorating everytime. The phones arent working. They forget to even give you towel. You have ask them for everything before theyll provide. Yesterday (17-03-2020) was worse. I asked for a towel, they didnt bring it till after one hour and thats after I have called like three different times.

Poor service from the gate, the receptionists are not cool at all, towel always not dry, no microwave, pool not functioning bad bed at the room number 610, food not rich at all and salty.*NB; am here for the second time and my experiences are same. it wont happen again.

This appears to have been a very luxurious place in the past. But maintenance is lacking and what they have done has damaged much of the beautiful tile work of the past.The price was appropriate though.

Pros:Very cozy rooms.Affordable.Free additional services.Cons:Just one sport channel on tv (Big NO for a football lover like me).Hotel food is a bit expensive.Sheets were not changed, just relaid.

This is a very lovely and cozy hotel located in the hearts of Gwarinpa. Easily accessible with a beautiful interior and wonderful rooms. But for even hotel guests, you need to pay to use the gym or the pool which was weird. The receptionists were always ready to help out with any issues but like most hotels, it needs lots of renovations there was no room that had all the facilities a 100% functional so I had to compromise and jus pick what I could work with. In all, its a good hotel with affordable rates but the payment for pool and gym for hotel guests was a turn off.

The Hotel services has gone far below standard. From bad to worse during my 1st and 2nd visit. There seems to be no plan to improve by the management. Toilet seat almost injured me, asked to change the room and almost fell from a damaged seat again. Extensions not working in some rooms, No POS, No transfer! You have to lool for cash for them! willing staff but poor management! I had to check out after 2nights... terrible experience.

Cockroach and ants infested hotel and not clean. To make it worse, rude staff at the front desk. They should take a break and fumigate the place, train the staff and scrub down. If you like a clean hotel and comfy hotel you wont like here.

Nice facilities and location but very poor management and maintenance services. Cut short my stay in this hotel because of the state of the rooms - rooms not properly cleaned, mosquitoes and insects in the rooms, dirty beddings, mouldy wall (rain actually poured into my room through the wall), TV not clear, power kept going off sometimes for upto 2 hours, no light in the toilet, broken tap head. My room was changed but meet new set of challenges.I had to run when I start to develop rashes all over my body (I think from insect bite or reaction to the bed sheets).Horrible experience. I will not recommend this hotel.Hotel in dare need of serious internal maintenance work.

Its a nice hotel but the food and serving skill is really low.

Im not trying to bring this business down but a whole lot has to be worked on. Have so much to complain but lemme write these few;1. Came with heavy luggage and no lobby boy, was asked to carry it myself to the room if not for a Samaritan.2. Rooms have very old beddings and most of the a.c. are very noisy and tv channels being changed at will and at anytime without considering guests.3. No POS and dont allow payment until checkout even with deposit made.4. Restaurant takes forever to get your order5. Housekeeping not been taught the etiquettes, they knock so hard without saying a word, dont change towels or beddings, and decides when and when not to wash toilet.My days in this hotel are my worst hotel experience but its a nice location and the management has to act quick before it lacks guests

I can’t say anything about the hotel itself because I only went swimming but the pool is slimy at the deep end *shudders*Also the people hanging by the pool were being creepy to my friend and I.
