My parents lodged in this hotel and i thought the room service was fast. However thee hotel looks old and could use a renovation. There is sufficient parking space outside.

Spacious both within and outside.The food is well cooked and presentation very decent.However, the rooms lack modern touch/any flair for aesthetics.A renovation is required from paintings, to interior designs, to fixing bathroom fittings, to replacing the ACs to split units, as against the old wall-mounted AC.

Moderate budget hotel for a middle class though they have very nice and comfortable rooms.

Afri Hotel is a beautiful hotel located opposite the Nigeria Defence College. It is also facing the road and quite beautiful from the outside. It is quite large and grand. It is located in Central Business District of Abuja.

Located in the central business district (CBD) of Abuja, this old hotel is directly opposite Nigeria War College. Other popular landmarks include Central bank of Nigeria at its back, Unity bank building at its side. The hotel is so old with no signs that the owners want to or care about renovating it. Even as little as the tap heads are old, obsolete, out-of-trend stuff. The doors, air conditioning units, tables, television, telephones, curtains etc are all old and somehow dirty. On top of all these, the room prices are not any low budget. I couldnt bear to stay in the place so had to leave. The only good thing about this place is its location, CBD. Other than that, it is a shabby, run-down place

The receptionists and room service guys were polite and respectful. It has a restaurant from which you can order food. You are welcomed with a yorghurt drink as you arrive. The room supply is quite generous. And they have a wide range of prices(thumbs up for this). The cheapest rate being #6,000.

AFRI Hotel is located not too far from Radio House, Area 10, Garki, Abuja. I have lodged there sometime in 2018. You can always rely on AFRI Hotel for accommodation because the facility has many rooms. It is not too expensive to stay there.

It was like stepping back in time in a good way. It’s homely only needs a small touch of modernity. The restaurant needs to improve its service. Takes too long to serve a simple meal. The staff are very hospitable.

Though its one of the cheapest around and the people who work there from the receptionist to the cleaners are wonderful but most of the room needs a proper renovation, most especially the bathrooms.

It is economical. The cheapest is N6000. The building is beautiful and the rooms are nice. There is a steady power supply. The people are friendly but their restaurant is always empty and old fashioned.

The a/c was non existent because i asked for a discount room and intercom wasnt working. because i had a baby face, the staff responded horribly to me as if i wasnt a customer. Dont get me started on the toilets!!. Horrible value for money.

172 rooms hotel.it is in need of renovation. The team is very friendly. It is lot of space you will fi d a restaurant with local food. The hotel it is very well located in the center of Abuja in front of national defence college of Nigeria. Also close to many other official buildings which are at walking distance.it is an economical hotel but will serve your purpose at affordable price with good security and clean environment.

The bed sheets doesnt look clean, new curtains needed, old fashion TV. All for the price of 10,000Naira ($27.7)

All facilities in the rooms are outdated and out of fashion..The box tv in the room can only be control with tooth pick to change channels and the red rug is stll in used in the rooms at this modern age. Just to take cat fish pepper soup, i was told the fish is blocked in the freezer. Staff response to complaints is slow and not impressive. No value for your money

Although before now, it was poorly managed but few days ago I discovered theres been lots of renovation.Peaceful environment and affordable.He and I was there for different reasons and today we are husband and wife. So we will always visit Afri hotel

It is quite affordable considering its location in the central area of Abuja. However, they are not modern. You have to carry cash. Pos and bank transfers not in use. Their room facilities are dilapidated too. From leaking plumbing in the bathroom to Air conditioning units without switch buttons to clean but well worn towels.
