Visited this place yesterday for some furniture and was impressed by the outlet. Its well stocked with living and bedroom furniture with various designs and make or finishings. There are two showrooms in the complex, up and down.Staff were very helpful and efficient and offered professional support services in identifying and explaining details about different furniture types.Apart from its strategic location on the main highway to Gwarimpa from the Wuse 2 area, theres ample parking space.Its open most working days between 9am and 7pm. Weekends are very busy here and delivery can be arranged for a token within town.

This place came recommended so when i needed furniture, i came straight here. But my experience from the sales rep to the final delivery of the furniture was a complete disaster. It took more than 3 weeks to get a dinning set. They claimed they had backlog on orders however, i was only informed of this after making a down payment. While pursuing my dinning set, i withnessed other customers walk in to lodge similar complaints of delayed delivery. This furniture shop leaves much to be desired. And No, i will not recommend or return to this place.

I was told I could get durable furniture from Alibert but the furniture i got from them was nothing less than a shack. It had fallen apart in less than a year. Their aftersale is also very terrible. Ive made complaints but nothing is being done.

Amazing and affordable furniture

Its still good old Alibert... Come here mostly for the cushions and accessories than for the furniture. If you are looking to buy Nigerian, they could be an option and as Christmas is almost here, they usually have quite an array of artificial trees available for sale that might interest you. However, a new furniture shop has opened next door and I think their lovely pieces quite eclipse the basic Alibert ones 🤷‍♀️

In my view Alibert has been showing signs of improvement. However, like with many products in the market, the prices have adjusted upwards.

I like that they have mid range prices for their furniture. I usually pick from their showroom in NEXT cash&carry (better service staff). But today, I wanted more options so I visited their showroom close to NEXT. Their customer service is soo poor, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth thinking of it. I was in the showroom for 15minutes trying to pick a sofa, not even one sales attendant came to take my order or find out what I wanted to get. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in this branch. I will not be going there anymore.

Quite a real experience today at Albert furniture showroom. It was amazing transacting with them especially on house hold equipment. With a very salivating condition of business and a guaranteed quality products. Infact, their customer friendly is endless that no one can resist than to come again.

I like Alibert Furnitures because recently their products became more affordable and They offer promotion prices now and then. But note that for every reduced price comes reduced quality, most of the low cost furniture are better than the regular market ones but not as good as the Old Alibert Quality.Check them out when you need affordable stylish household items like living room sets, Bed Frames, Mattresses, Bedsheets, towels, duvets, sofa beds, coffe chairs and tables, dining sets even some kitchen wares, paintings and other decorative items)

Good parking space available

Usually I would go into Alibert to buy pillows and throw pillows. Moving into a new house this year my husband and I obviously had to do some furniture shopping so we got a chesterfield fabric 6 seater from Alibert on the 5th of May this year and byOctober the chairs started fading at this point the fabric has started growing some hair on them (like the ones that grow on bad bedsheets) Its so upsetting. I called the store in wuse but the phone wasnt going through so I went through the receipt and the lady who attended to us wrote her number on the receipt (for delivery purposes) I called her and she told me she would text us a complaint number which she forgot to send , called her again after 24hrs she apologized and said she would send the number which she never did afterwards, she didnt pick my calls anymore. Im so disappointed. Its Christmas in our new home with no decent chairs to receive guests. If we have chosen to support Nigerian businesses we should at least get the value for our money, these business owe us that much.

Nice furniture items. A great boon the items are made in Nigeria. I bought some items of furniture and after 13 months the leather cracked in several places. I contacted Alibert and they asked me to return the furniture for a new leather makeover. They even asked if I wanted a new colour. Of course I took up the offer. Got myself a new leather furniture of obviously better quality material. They apologised for the old leather (apparently they are aware of the problem). I was very pleased. My organisation bought Alibert office furniture 10 Years ago and we are still using them. Great company.
