We particularly love the view overlooking the fabulous water fountain displays. This is a romantic “go to” restaurant for Valentine’s Day in Abuja if you have money to spend. Especially if you’re spending it with a member of government. (Shhhh we won’t tell.) Afterwards, head to Capitol Bar for your night cap.
