A Very Cool and Serene Place to Live.

Its a good place to live. Mostly quiet environment. Some work needs to be done on the waste disposal system and some section of the road needs maintenance.

The place is just OK. The general cleanliness of the estate is begging for attention - gutters leading into the estate main gate are overgrown with grass and or filled with trash. A walk along some of the main streets will require one to wear a nose mask or close ones eyes to the bulging garbage bins.

Good estate, the road network is still in good shape, all basic amenities are in good condition. Though the street lights stopped working recently and most of the houses are quite old

Well planned out. Visited a friend there and locating the house was just so easy. The security at the main gate were alert and friendly. No good power supply though.

Nice. Homely. Also has lots of shops and hangouts so you dont have to go far to get supplies.

Very nice estate with necessary amenities. A lot of courts are not well taken care of an the roads are falling apart with no one doing anything about it. Neighbours are friendly. Houses are also beautiful with the option of flats, duplex or bungalow. The roads were built a bit too tight for right turns but location is very nice and by my experience secure.

Ive been to Gaduwa estate enough times to have a review on it, Gaduwa estate is an estate with good security measures, fancy buildings and its a memorable environment, I have been there to visit friends most at times, but what thrills me is the estates design, it is designed in a way not to make one confused considering the fact that all buildings there look the same

Its a well secured place where you get to rent 2 to 5 bedroom apartment with twins duplexes.

Residential estate with fair business representation. Hospitals, Schools, Tailoring shops, Business Centres, Agency Banking organisations, all available in the Estate.

I love the arrangement of the estate.The fact that houses are identified by states in Nigeria is a plus for me.Although the internal roads are not in good condition.But the estate is strategically located. It has a shopping Plaza inside, its also a five minute drive from the estate to Gudu market.

A nice and cosy estate. Well planned and architecturally designed. The road network in the estate is good and electrical power supply is on a scale of 10 8/10 which is very good considering other places that are very poor in terms of power supply. Water supply is round the clock. Abd above all, the estate is peaceful, unitity amongs residents is very good. Despite their diverse culture and beliefs the residents live ib hamony
