I have never seen these kinds of facility before in all of Nigeria. Not even in oyinbo offices except in films.Seriously, whats the policy running this CAC secretariat?Their services are so highly organized and systematic and seamless.

The Corporate Affairs Commission, is a corporate with headquarters in Maitama Abuja. Its a nice world stand corporate office with responsibilities of registering all companies in Nigeria and regulating registration policies of companies.

Very good offices. Well planned. Its quite organised but still needs some little improvememts. You will probably get everything you need within the environs.

I paid for business name registration online through Remita for months up until now, no update from CAC in that regard. I have sent mail to them on several occasions, but to no avail.

Why is it difficult for your office to reply mail. Sent mail for change of secretary for over one month and no response. Its sad and the worst is all the customer care no on the website is switched off. This is really sad, how government duties are been taken for granted in Nigeria. Really disappointed

The Corporate Affairs Commission is a busy place. There are several organizations/agencies that operate here such as banks and the financial reporting council liaison office to name just a few. If you need to process anything at CAC you just need to ask questions of the personnel and security you meet to be directed to the appropriate offices as places are not well identified. Though there is a ramp leading into the main CAC building and elevators to the various floors I think the elevator looks narrow for a wheelchair to fit in easily and short of getting permission to drop a wheelchair bound person inside the compound, getting through the security gate will be a challenge.

CAC has really improved. I registered a company recently and the entire procedure was carried out online. My only visit was just to collect my certificate of incorporation.

Its open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They allow only lawyers to enter. Their portal back online but processing is slow.

The Corporate Lawyers here are too noisy and uncouth yet giving the impression of being gentlemanly.A pure bred Litigation Lawyer will find the experience of being at the CAC a bit disappointing with the way our so called corporate colleagues lack decorum. And it applies to both the male and the female lawyers.The staff are fine. Very helpful.The lawyers, not so much. Always speaking in their local language. Its like a market place here.

Most times if you have to do any corrections on business name, its advisable to check at the business centre opposite CAC. Internally, they dont do it

Parking spaces are difficult to come by. You may wish to use a hired taxi when visiting this location.
