They have a very active staffs. I went to pick my waybill and it was so fast. Its a good transport company and for those that want to waybill goods to other parts of the state, they are a sure plug

Well we arrive safely and the driver, drive gentle, thank God for journey mercy.

Availability of night transportation between Abuja & Lagos, considerable comfortable, with fairly courteous workers(some are rude). But the bus doesnt move promptly & the meal indicated on each ticket is not given w/o any explanation.But in all the journey was smooth & a worthy adventure.

Driver exhibited good driving skills, well mannered, however in the event of accident the response was poor. Passengers were almost not given due attention.I was not refunded and paid another vehicle to continue my trip.I feel adequate attention should be given to such incidents via management decision.

Poor travelling arrangement from Abacha Junction Mararaba to Lagos, but a good driver helped to lessen the impact.

Very poor service. Can you belive one enters a bus from their terminal, only for them to take my old mother to gwagwalada in search of passengers for several hours. This is happening right now. We got to the park at about 6:30am its 11:02am and they are still at gwagwalada. I do not recommend this transaction company at all. In the past they were good but they are not what they once was. They are far from good.

Great, prompt service at the office. Customer care during trip is bad. Nonchalant, cavalier, buharic attitude displayed by driver repeatedly.

Driver fighting with a passenger that asked he put on the air-conditioning system. After paying for it and confirming it would be switched on. Refused to answer questions. This is the worse service i ever seen in my life. Zero(0) stars. Very useless driver all the way to Lagos.

Chisco is a transportation company with amazing organized infrastructure and logistics but most of the employees are crazy set of people. You would agree with them on services to offer you but they will end disappointing you. Theres one in Aba at Chisco called song, you will have serious concernment with him but wont take calls. Peoples goods keep missing all the time.

If you are not going to Lagos, be sure that you will get a rickety bus that will break down on the way. I waited for a replacement bus from 11pm to 4am. Between Utako and Awawa(approaching Abaji). Very very incompetent and if anyone complains at the park, they make you feel silly as other passengers wont join in the complaint.
