Small, nice estate with a few beautiful houses. Its easier to locate when you come in through galadima gate. Its in a quite environment and its quite easy to get lost finding houses because the numbering system is confusing.A cab from town (city center) to the estate would be estimated to be around 1200. The road inside the estate is tarred but the road leading to it isnt as tarred throughout.

The pictures here do not do justice to this estate. Once you get to lungu (you can get there easily from Galadima gate), tell the driver to ignore the turn to the right that signifies the lungu destination proper and go forward to the end of the road which goes left...that left will take you straight to sunshine estate which should be on your right. The estate is quiet and beautiful, serene, very neat. It was good.

Very nice estate in Gwarimpa which is the largest estate in West Africa. Good place to raise kids...
