Jabi Recreational Lake park is in the heart of the city...but much bushy and unkempt. The scenery is quite cool and closer to nature ...cool gentle breeze.

It was a delightful time at the park. Children doing their stuffs with the sand and adults forgetting all their worries while enjoying the serenity of the environment.Its a great place to be....

If youre looking for a nice, and relaxing place where you can just be one with nature then I recommend this park. You can rent a mat or come with yours, and have a whole picnic.

Its usually more fun when the sun goes down, you get to enjoy the serenity. Its a cool place for dates or romantic evening walks.There are horse rides, scooters, bicycles which you could pay a token to enjoy.You could also pay for a boat ride.You could also get really cute sports gears/wears there. There are table tennis courts there too. You could also take your children for skating lessons there. Its really a cool place for a family picnic.However, during festive periods, the place is usually overcrowded.

Nice and Fun space.Lots and Lots to do, from Horse Riding, snooker, Volleyball, Football and theres always fresh squeezed juice etcIf youd like to have a picnic with a BBQ stand, you may need to get permission from the Park office to avoid the staff coming to harass you.

Jabi Lake Park is getting more exciting with lots of side funs aside from exercising. With fruit stands, table tennis and other games for adults, trainers are available; so many exercise classes to join. You can buy your apparatus from vendors within the park; healthy food stuffs - just name it. Skating, skiing, scooters for kids; horse riding for both adults and children. Its a fun place to be especially on weekends 👍

Jabi Recreational Park is a very beautiful place that has become very popular in Abuja the state capital of Nigeria. You always see people hanging out there almost everyday of the week.This park is just beside the Jabi lake and it attracts people from different parts of the world as people look for ways to have fun and hangout without thinking of the budget to spend so muchThis is a perfect place for picnics and fun sporting events, here you can find horse riders all over the place, some people go to relax and view the lake or stroll round the park. Try and visit here someday.

My favorite place every morning for jogging and workout.. its poorly maintained but everyone around seems to find an activity there. Love the smoothies they sell there. Table tennis, Boxing, Horse riding, cycling, aerobics and more! Picnics by the lake. Volley ball courts n even beach volley ball, and yes football too. Lots n lots of activities everyday..

Its an amazing place. I really enjoyed myself.

I went for morning exercise/workouts there. There was a coach on ground. Coach Usman is his name.had a wonderful workout session. Its N1000 daily or N10,000 monthly. Depends on what exactly you want. Also I had this amazing smoothie. Love it. I will definitely come again

An open stretch of green area with an artificial lake. Ideal for walking, jogging, skating, and games like table tennis, volley ball, football, badminton. There are boat rides too.

Absolutely amazing place to be.Always enjoy myself whenever I go there.I especially love going on the The boat cruise, riding horses ride and munching the delicious beef barbeque they make there.Its a truly awesome place to be.

The sight of people doing different things to keep fit is really satisfying. You’ll find virtually every sport and fitness essential you need. If you need inspiration to keep fit, it’s a perfect place for you and you’ll do it at your pace.

Nice place to relax but no seats. U pay for mats. U can play volleyball, football, table tennis, ride horse, skating, badminton, walk, go for a boat ride etc. The trees provide good shade.

You can go as a group, nothing much there to enjoy, but Jabi Boat Club is close by for you to enjoy

Very picturesque setting with Jabi lake in the background, but its so much more than lovely scenery. With a circuit that takes about 25 minutes to walk around, it contains an impressive selection for fitness and exercise. Over 10 Table Tennis units, 3 Pool Tables, Volley ball and no less than 3 areas for Football. Kids want something interesting, Rollerblade lessons available. More than 5 sections offering Dance Aerobics, Floor Exercises, Yoga; impressed? Theres more. Taekwondo classes and other Martial arts training. And we havent gotten to the wide range of shops, stalls, stands and mats with sporting goods, clothes, accessories, or the general goods. You hungry? Eat healthy, have fruit juices or smoothies or Fu blown meals. Well worth visiting on a Saturday. Parking though can be crazy as spaces are limited.

My 4 Star rating is based on my minds eyes perception of how beautiful the park could have been if the facilities were properly maintained.However, The park has beautiful walkways and paths overlooking the Jabi lake. Good for taking a walk or stroll and could have offered better views if given a little attention by the authorities.Saturday morning is the busiest and probably the best day to go for exercises. There are so many people doing so many things and you can be inspired by watching others. You can also join any of the fitness clubs there depending on your sports interest.Sports wears, shoes and some exercise equipment are sold on Saturdays too. Visit the park and have fun.

Nice park to hang out. Take a boat ride or horse ride or both. Rent your mat and have a sit down with your family and/or friends. Nice smoothie points too. Sanitation can be improved more. Overall, a good place.

This is a beautiful Park located in Jabi, Abuja. There are several malls and stores around it.The park also has lounges for relaxation. It has an artificial lake and boats for boat rides. The boat rides are usually from evenings.The stores at the mall include Games, Shoprite, amongst others.It has a large free parking space.It is a good place for relaxation ....

It has over time become a place for workouts no more park recreation which is suppose to serve as its primary function. Nonetheless it is for good and the exercises are keeping people in shape. So anyone needing to exercise can check out this park for any type of exercise you want to get involved in

Its an open and recreational park...great view...if you need somewhere to do your exercise meditation,yoga etc...its a perfect spot for it.

Think of JABI recreational park... Its beside the JABI lake where you feel the experience of water side attractions.... You can even go on a board ride there.. The other end of the lake is the JABI mall.

The beautiful lake and the different sporting activities going on there daily are exciting and inviting. Most exciting for me is the badminton court section. Its fun.

Place has become pretty littered and unkempt. The lake is heavily polluted with discarded plastics.
