Alot of noise is made in that area and makes it hard for one to relax and the Area is so dirty and bad

Its a nice place to pick up items.. It has a pizza and ice-cream shop, suya spot, recreational facilities, salons, car wash and supermarket.

Multiple options for food and other household items available for purchase

Very cool garden, housing a lot of spots ( restaurants, clothing, payment services) that you dont have to leave your location except its very necessary or for quality.

The proximity to the residential hub of Sun City estate and Sunnyvale estate seems to be its selling point. If it were to be located in another part of the town, there would have been shortage of customers as the garden is poorly managed and you may need to go to the nearest relaxation garden to get some barbeque and grills. It has some sport court for sports lover though!
