Underrated hospitality. One of the best accommodation available anywhere in Nigeria, particularly Abuja. Pristine neatness, brilliant aesthetics, cool ambience and excellent security. I will always call this place home.

Great place to stay. Just as advertised. Constant power supply, wifi. I didnt exactly enjoy the tv channel selection though. Who watches zee world😂? Beyond that, the ambience is good, in a quiet part of town. Very clean & secure, they take security seriously👏. Recommended!

Beautiful space and obviously well managed. I love the concept and their rooms are quite big and clean as well. The environment is friendly and welcoming and Katampe isnt really a bad place to just chill and unwind

Here is a place to be if you need a lovely place away from home. Excellent and prompt services . services includes laundry, canteen, cleaning, free WiFi, smoking area, 24hrs electricity and very well trained firm but polite security. Most of the rooms are equipped with standard kitchen to make meals should you chose to cook by yourself. And the rates are affordable. The neighborhood is second to known as it is well planned better than the congested Asokoro and Maitama. I highly recommend this place and you wont regret giving it a try.

Plenty of places in Abuja are not as advertised and things end up being broken, different, old, etc. At The Residence, everything is well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The people running it are also extremely nice and friendly.
