Well trained security operatives in this place, making it a very secure place to visit. These security operatives are ordering and respectful. Vehicles when going into the premises is usually well checked, especially if the driver is not a regular face but in the all the security operatives maintained professional standards. It’s amazing how the build of the FederalMinistry of Foreign Affairs is maintained over time – from the fence to the main building, it is well maintained to still meet the standards of the current day structural aesthetics. It’s common to find improperly disposed waste in my popular venues in the metropolis of Abuja but it’s not so with this environment. The flowers are well trimmed, things are kept ordering in the compound and there are no litters around the compound. My friend had an urgency to attend a conference abroad, and she has never had an international passport until that time, the urgency was serious – if she didn’t have the passport within 48 hours she would miss the opportunity. I knew someone who could help, this person took us to this place to have the passport done for her. The speed at which the passport was produced deserved my 5 star rating. It took not more than 30 minutes from the time we got into the premises for the passport to be ready.I understand that passport production in this place is only for top government officials and the like but if this speedy and quality service can be replicated in other ministries there will be better productivity.

One of the most beautiful Federal ministry building. It is quite uniquely situated, unlike the rest of the ministries that is jamparked. It is directly opposite the Eagles square with so many security measures in place. However, you have to bribe lots of persons especially, the security men, before you could be allowed in, which is rather very bad especially, if you are going for one documentation or another and you are not a wealth person.

The whole process of genuine legalization of documents was actually fast. What you need to do, is go to any business center around, generate the remita invoice, go to any bank and pay, come back to foreign affairs with your receipt before 12:00pm. Submit your documents inside foreign affairs by yourself and fill the form given to you inside the building. They would give you a number tag and ask you to come back for the collection by 3:00pm same day. Its as easy as that. As long as you keep to this time schedule. Please avoid patronizing torts. The genuine way is actually easy and simple.

Tafawa Belewa House as it is called is headquarters of the federal ministry of foreign affairs. it was named after Tafawa Belewa because he was the first foreign minister in Nigeria. A very clean and solid office complex that was the talk of the town at its inauguration and is indeed a beautiful edifice that can stand the test of time.

This are the offices of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is very large and can get very confusing just ask lots of questions and youll hardly be confused. Its a very important facility so just bare with the little security procedures here as vehicles are checked thoroughly before entry if at all they are permitted in.
