Was really a heartbreaking news knowing this morning that Dr odubela has been transferred back to lagos from abuja branch. She is such a very nice doctor and her patient relationship is very amazing.she takes her time to relate with her patient.Missing your consultations and plenty medical advice.Also thanks to your wonderful team of nurses.they are very amazing and diligent with there workNurse harryNurse pan deng.

Great hospital with great doctors.. Nice staff too even though their CWAY is always empty

This is the worst hospital experience I have had in recent times. Got there by 12.30pm on appointment and left by 5.30pm with little to show for my time there. Took my child there to get eyes checked. Took 45mins to get onboarded through manual registration. Then took 2hours to get to see the 1st doctor who told us she was seeing 70 patients that day. Yep. You heard right 70 patients. When we got into her consulting room, and for reasons that were not our fault, she sent us back out because all the prep needed by other parts of the hospital chain were not done before we saw her.We then had to restart with dilating pupils which took 30mims, then went back to see her, and she tested my child, and then sent us back again for some other pre- check. We did that then went back to her again when without even telling us what she found she recommended glasses. She then asked us to go see another doctor who was to give us glasses (side note that we were not even told what type of glasses she needs or why); this new doctor then sent his receptionist to tell us by 5.15pm to come back tommorow. Yep again.. you heard right.... after 5 whooping hours we were asked to come back the next day.When I asked why we were coming back, she said the new doctor needed to confirm the prescriptions. I asked her what that means? What exactly needed to be confirmed? and how they can keep me for 5hours and ask me to come back again with a little child for 5hrs the next day? She goes in and the doctor had scribbled something and asks for almost N50,000 for prescription glasses.When I asked her to explain what we were getting prescription glasses for, she admits that she could not explain as they were medical terms. What was clear was that the doctor whose job it is to see us and explain these things or explain and run confirmatory tests for us was not prepared to see us again. He had closed for the day even though he was in his office. But the original doctor wants us to come back and see her in a month time. They gave us an appointment card on a ruggedly toen piece of paper.We left. I dashed the money paid for consultation today to this hospital. If you cant explain what exactly you are doing to us, you drag us up.and down different consulting rooms where doctors barely speak to us except to tell us how many patients they have seen, then say you need to run confirmatory tests but when I push back just scribble whatever and ask me to pay for prescription glasses, then you have another thing coming.If you value your eyes and your time. Please avoid this hospital.

Very terrible customer service and rude staff especially one Dr. Odulaja and some nurses. You may waste 4 hours waiting to be seen.
