His grace pavilion estate is a lovely small estate In the App axis of Abuja, Nigerias capital, its built to accommodate families or young people about to start a family. where everyone knows everyone, a serene place where your kids can be grow and be safe, you could walk round the estate in 15 minutes and drive round in 5minutes, they have a mini sports course, mini super mart, 10 minutes drive into town etc. A fun place to stay or visit.

Awesome and coded with 24hrs power supply. The security personnel needs to be a bit friendly.Bad remote was my primary concern.The kitchen responded in less than the 30mins time frame given.

Located in a quite and remote area, it is somewhat up the hill making it an ideal residential area with good security and caring breeze.. It is also a short walk from the cashew plantation

It’s a cool suburb with mostly Duplex and flat accommodations. The neighborhood is calm with a friendly tone but sometimes they have issues with their lights.

Serene environment, but roads not so good.

Its quite far from anywhere in Abuja plus the traffic of ShopRite doesnt make it easily accessible. Id advise anyone visiting to check traffic updates before heading out

There is good security unlike in some other places Ive visited. No unauthorised persons or vehicles can pass without proper identification. There road is good and accessible. There is Constant power supply, on average of 20 hours power supply daily. There is no noise or disturbance around the visinity except the one you generate yourself which can almost not be heard from another compund. The environment is beautiful and all the houses in the estate is almost surrounded by flowers. There is constant water supply and each house has the responsibility to ensure that they have water by pumping it. Social amenities such as school and hospital is available within the estate. The security men are kind and ready to help at any time.
