It is an official office for Canadian visa application. It is a center where biometrics are given. It has a nice customers services. It is well organized. Phone calls are not allowed in the place. I also guess it is the place where Visa are issued. Manual application of Visa can also be done here.

For organizing and attending to customers I will give them a ⭐️ their staff are super friendly and helpful for that I give them 🥇my only problem is their mode of payment (only cash accepted) I had to go out and withdraw 1000 then come back and pay for courier service which I can easily pay with my card. I hope they make an online mode of payment in the future will ease a lot for all (both customers and staff).

The Staff are swift with attending to applicants and nice too.

All the information you need, you can get from them. The only downside (in my opinion) is the time it takes attending to each customer, but thats only because they are thorough!

They need a lot of learning from the lagos processing centre. They give numbers but dont call or follow the order at all. The lady security staff at the door, being the first impression to prospective customers, frowns to pass on guidance information. And painfully, if the counter staff refers you to update a minor correction they spot, they will never attend to you again if you come back 1 minute after three (3)...so sad. I regret choosing Abuja centre

Very nice place and good officials.

Very professional and friendly. At the moment, booking of appointments is not compulsory. You can walk and do the biometrics same day. But it advisable to be there as early as possible to be attended to on time, because of the crowd.

It is for Canada visa biometrics and stamping

Its organisational framework is good theres little or no time loss.unlike the days of crowded embassies,long queues and other irregular processes the procedure is direct,formal and timely.

Their Lagos and Accra offices are terrible! They failed to return a processed passport to Lagos from Accra after visa has been placed on it since 21st November. Today is 28 December and the processed passport is still in transit.
