The staff were very courteous and professional. I was attended to promptly and with a minimum of fuss. Unfortunately there was some issue with the printing that delayed the release of my official documentation but it was not a local problem and they gave me regular updates and contacted me when the vehicle license was ready. I went there early (9am), and was attended to very quickly and very efficiently.

Its takes a while (a long while) to finish testing your vehicles. But they get the job done.

The service is as advertised. The officer were really helpful with directives on where to get my car fixed when it refused to pass the test, lol. The process doesnt take a long time to complete. And the retesting is free for a month if your car fails the first time

Was just impressed with their services here at the Kugbo center. The equipments for vehicle inspection makes it very easy for the personnel to attend to all customers without much time wasting. Kudos to all of you out there.

I went there for a renewal of my driving licence and I got captured immediately for a temporal license. The FRSC officers working there are very efficient. The vehicle inspection unit of the VIO is also computerised and one in town. Though I dont like how they always cause traffic gridlock every morning trying to arrest people who are rushing to their offices.

A wow experience. Vehicle inspection centre is just superb. I love their services - great service. they checked my cars and I was told to come back for a free check within 30days of inspecting. I couldnt have know my break is not too sharp to hold in time of emergency. I will going back there tomorrow to do recheck.

I once had a car trouble near the road to this place and had to push my vehicle some distances into their car park, the space is ample and designed to handle many cars at once. The area is secure too, they have alert security guards to guard the premises. They even had mechanics nearby ready to work on cars that are broken. Ive never used the computerised test centre, I dont know what it means, but I dont trust them, there are inefficiencies in the system, so I naturally dont trust them.
