So when this guys started it was smooth at least.. I worked with a tech start-up where we implement their service, as mood of payment of utilities bills and so on..Now I think they fill they are boxed up, and the customer service experience is so poor..They dont respond chat and seem to be clueless about your complaint, Ill not recommend their service until, I see notable changes.. you can ask me questions about all my reviews all gladly take time to explain more..Im a reviewer of product and services.
Really really really absurd.. customer care line not working.. they Said I should press 4 if I want to speak with a representative.. I did and boom.They telling me I didnt make any requests..And Ive brought electric token 5 hours ago no response as to why I havent gotten my token..Really bad service

Ill really love response especially when your service isnt working.. the least I expect is to get a feedback on why Ill pay bills online and I havent gotten value
