ETX-NG is a faster means of sharing your transcripts with WES. I recommend them to everyone.However, there is room for improvements in terms of their communication channels, they can do a lot better.

Website itself is great.However, delivery is not-so-great.Used this service for transcript request from the University of Benin on March 19, payment verified March 20. To date, NOTHING.Federal Lockdown order for Lagos & Ogun states & Abuja commenced March 30. What did they do from March 20 to March 30? The request was obviously not sent to the university! I have asked for a refund - since May 20 as they are unable to provide any explanation.I was told I needed to request on the platform. I did so. A month on, nothing. Another email sent off and I am told I have not made the request - a snapshot was sent, purportedly to prove that.I have sent a snapshot back - with the request, and the date made.I do not know if anyone else has SUCCESSFULLY used this platform to request documents from their university.If they can improve on their delivery and customer service, they will have a fantastic organization that will ease the stress of having to physically go to ones alma mater to apply for and wait to collect transcripts and the like.
